Daddy Drones — I ordered drone and I receieved damaged product when I am calling their numbers or writting mails they are not replying

Hello, dear sir/mam i want to complain about daddy drones i ordered a drone i received it and it was damaged i contacted their numbers and email they are not replying but their return policy considers drones to be returned in 14 days period i already paid 5000 rupees please help
