My order#: 52930 gd118 pro pioneer drone.
Received only defective gd118 drone.

Remote and packaging does not match pictures from daddydrone website.
Called them over 10 times no one to pick the customer care number.

I ordered a drone from daddy drone, they sent old bad drone, we sent video also, they denied that you have spoiled it, they lie a lot.

I placed a drone in THIS WEBSITE, i got the order delivered but with missing battery, I informed them about the issue, but they are so ignorant and irresponsible they said they cannot provide battery for the item. They had no battery in stock so they sent item without battery now they are so ### people they are saying we cannot battery to you, you can check in market we don’t send any battery and all, their phone number is switched...

It has a stability issue but I am unable to return it I tried calling them but they were not answering. I even tried messages and emails but no reply. Order date 28 October 2022. Order I'd 29980. Please take necessary steps against it.

I am a supporter of Made in India initiative and order products from DaddyDrone.

My Order ID: 27464. It was delivered on 17th September.

The first day, it was working fine. The next day onwards, it's not powering on

I tried calling the Customer Care number but it's going through. I even tried the chat option but no luck.

These companies make me doubtful whether we Indians should support MADE IN INDIA initiative.

Unluckily I did not checked for review much and fall under this trap.

Whoever is trying to order, please do not buy from them

The company has not provided me with a camera for my drone.

Hello, dear sir/mam i want to complain about daddy drones i ordered a drone i received it and it was damaged i contacted their numbers and email they are not replying but their return policy considers drones to be returned in 14 days period i already paid 5000 rupees please help...

Daddy drones they scam people.. They don’t repair the drone. They just sell it ask us to take care of it ourselves

Please send the motor details of GD118 pioneer drone.

So, I want to return or replace it. But the return process was not working Properly. Dear Sir/Madam, on 10th August, 2021 I ordered a Pioneer GD-118 Drone Camera, the delivery date of which was 16h August, 2021. After receiving and paying through COD method, I opened the seal of my drone box and found nothing but an empty case of the selected Drone Camera with its user manual only! I was just shocked! Please help me...I have already paid 6990 INR for that empty box!

I order a drone from daddy drones website I received the drone but when I am trying to return it they are not responding properly and they are denying to take it return but they have mentioned easy returns in the description this is a fraud for me so please take action on this website as soon as possible and please help me for getting my money back.

They are selling fake refurbished products and not even accepting returns after complaining. They are not picking up the call or replying to messages or emails.
Please take action against this fraudulent company.

My name is lucas, i ordered a drone online from daddy drone website.

The order id: 6974

They have sent me old and already used drone. When i want to return the product, no one is picking up the call, i sent an email to customer care, no one is responding.

The cost was rs. 3700.

I wish to bring to your notice and all who are reading and searching on net that www.customwatch.in and daddydrones.in is one and the same fraud company selling top end international watches and drones at very lucrative and throw away prices. Check out by their published phone number - chances are that this phone is always switched off. However, when you order a new product, some Prakash will call you from this number and once you've paid the money, you'd realise that the product is nothing but a cheapest replica and that too a dead one. Try calling the number [protected] and the person invariably disconnects the call. You will not receive any response to your mails on their email id [protected]@customwatch.in and [protected]@daddydrone.in
