Got wrong, used and defective product
My order#: 52930 gd118 pro pioneer drone.
Received only defective gd118 drone.
Remote and packaging does not match pictures from daddydrone website.
Called them over 10 times no one to pick the customer care number.

I placed a drone in THIS WEBSITE, i got the order delivered but with missing battery, I informed them about the issue, but they are so ignorant and irresponsible they said they cannot provide battery for the item. They had no battery in stock so they sent item without battery now they are so ### people they are saying we cannot battery to you, you can check in market we donât send any battery and all, their phone number is switched off, they have only wats app, they donât even know proper english also, . It is my hard earned money i need my money back please HELP me to get refund of 4000, i dont wana handle this ### company thing

It has a stability issue but I am unable to return it I tried calling them but they were not answering. I even tried messages and emails but no reply. Order date 28 October 2022. Order I'd 29980. Please take necessary steps against it.

I am a supporter of Made in India initiative and order products from DaddyDrone.
My Order ID: 27464. It was delivered on 17th September.
The first day, it was working fine. The next day onwards, it's not powering on
I tried calling the Customer Care number but it's going through. I even tried the chat option but no luck.
These companies make me doubtful whether we Indians should support MADE IN INDIA initiative.
Unluckily I did not checked for review much and fall under this trap.
Whoever is trying to order, please do not buy from them

Hello, dear sir/mam i want to complain about daddy drones i ordered a drone i received it and it was damaged i contacted their numbers and email they are not replying but their return policy considers drones to be returned in 14 days period i already paid 5000 rupees please help

Daddy drones they scam people.. They don’t repair the drone. They just sell it ask us to take care of it ourselves

i never goes to the daddy drones website and consumer complaints page before buying this(Pioneer GD 118Drone) product.That was my only fault."Catch me if you can"' people are more and more in online shopping field.

On[protected] i ordered a drone in Daddy drones by online shopping. The item was delivered to me on[protected]. That item's Order ID is 76564. The product was damaged and not working properly. So, I want to return or replace it. But the return process was not working Properly. So i called their numbers (+91 [protected], [protected]) but every time the numbers were busy and they were not calling me. When i mailed ([protected]@gmail.com) them even after a day there is no response. So i request you to take necessary actions on my complaint.

Complaint marked as Resolved On 16-08-2021 i ordered a drone in Daddy drones by online shopping. The item was delivered to me on 22-08-2021 by cash on delivery and i payed Rs 5490. That item's Order ID is 76564. The product was faulty/damaged and not working properly. One of the propeller was not taking off so that the drone is not flying. The drone contained 7 day return policy and 15 days warranty.
On 23-08-2021 i started my returning process. After filling my data in the returning page it has to give me a RMA number. But the page didn't worked and i didn't got a RMA number. So, then i mailed to daddydrones ([email protected]) from my Gmail ([email protected]). But even after a days i didn't even got a single mail or call from them.
I had filed a complaint in Online Consumer complaints on 24-8-2021. After filing my complaint i got a reply from daddydrones in my email. They were saying me to charge the battery for 50 minutes and then use it. But the problem was not that, the drone is not flying. So i mailed them back but there is no reply till now. So i called their numbers (+91 8108877597, 9653660340) but every time the numbers were busy and they were not calling me back. So i request you to take necessary actions on my complaint.

Dear Sir/Madam, on 10th August, 2021 I ordered a Pioneer GD-118 Drone Camera, the delivery date of which was 16h August, 2021. After receiving and paying through COD method, I opened the seal of my drone box and found nothing but an empty case of the selected Drone Camera with its user manual only! I was just shocked! Please help me...I have already paid 6990 INR for that empty box!

I order a drone from daddy drones website I received the drone but when I am trying to return it they are not responding properly and they are denying to take it return but they have mentioned easy returns in the description this is a fraud for me so please take action on this website as soon as possible and please help me for getting my money back.

Yes they are fraud, and they need to be legally punished. They have cheated me with a defective drone
claiming it to be a quality product, and now they have blocked my contacts and they are trying to run away.

Check out by their published phone number - chances are that this phone is always switched off. However, when you order a new product, some Prakash will call you from this number and once you've paid the money, you'd realise that the product is nothing but a cheapest replica and that too a dead one.
