I am trying to make a withdrawal since the last 1 month. Every time they are pushing into a pending status and asking for documents for verification. I have sent the documents many times and they are declining the withdrawal and saying that they have not received the documents. No customer representative is supportive and they are not responding to my emails. I am in a helpless situation Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (11)

This could be because the attachments size in your email is larger than certain size than what their system is allowing. Try sending the same email with your docs compressed to lesser size. You will receive acknowledgement from them.

Hello Dinesh Bhai can i contact you . I am facing the same issue and it's been more then 20 days even after sending my documents they are saying documents not recieved

@dinesh what is the time frame of calling after sending compressed document. The customer care executive act like robot keep on saying same info

What's the max size of attachments? @dinesh namburi?
