[Resolved]  Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — Pcb stopped working within one month of purchase

Pcb replacement time is 3-4 days.
Don't you think it's a harassment for consumers in this kind of weather.
Why spare parts are not availble early.The technicians seem least interested in the issue.

Pcb was provided but response time was too high..Also technicians gave false resolution date three times. One of them said that pcb has reached gaziabad and it will be fixed at Max by Sunday morning.When we called we came to know Sunday is holiday and he lied.

At least please do a root cause why pcb fails so frequently. We had other Diakin ac also which encountered same issue.Other brands work fine.One reason may be that Diakin claims their inverter AC can work at 230+-10% but it actually doesn't.
Installation guy said no stabilizer is needed. Then why pcb fails?

It been 7 days but still complaint is not resolved.
You guys have no sense of urgency.
Just false dates are given that's all
Please take back your ac and give me my money back
