Pcb stopped working within one month of purchase

Pcb replacement time is 3-4 days.
Don't you think it's a harassment for consumers in this kind of weather.
Why spare parts are not availble early.The technicians seem least interested in the issue....

Complaint registered on 7th July
Your website is pathetically designed, service request providers state of service is not mentioned which creates a lot of confusion.

10th July (after 3days your service person comes for service)
He diagnosed the issue with inner unit PCB. Said it will come within a day.
I keep following for delivery, took 4 days to deliver a part from ghaziabad to Delhi.

14th July the part arrived along with another serviceman, he said the issue is with outer unit PCB. The service guy took the original PCB with him while assuring me a new one would come within 1-2 days.
I keep following up with "Unique Cool Point " (the allotted service provider) everyday! They're unprofessional, confused and lack information. It has been 13days and no one knows if the part has even been shipped or is available at the warehouse. If it's not available, I should be informed so and then given an estimated date of repair. Why is the onus on the customer to first be annoyed with a bad product, then struggle with pathetic websites and customer care number and then keep waiting and following up without a ray of hope!

Your customer care keep directing me to the branch office number that no one picks up. Then they say I'll get a call back which I never do. Today was the 7th time they assured me of a callback from backend. 7th Time!!! No one has reached out either via mail or call or even a text. Does the responsibility of the company end post sale??

I regret my decision as a consumer of buying Daikin. Voltas or Lloyd both have such fast resolution process, why Daikin is failing to do so is beyond me.

Pls ensure parts availability with an estimated date, else buy back your product from me at the cost bought. I do not want any association as a consumer with Daikin. It's frustrating.

The part has finally arrived, however, turns out AC still not working. The service person is a noob, doesn't know anything. Now he's saying fault is with valve regulator. Paid 2000 for the valve replacement which could've been diagnosed earlier as well and not after almost a month! Nevertheless, DAIKIN has bad customer service. All this while no one even called me for an update or responded to mails. Now they keep asking for a feedback. HILARIOUS! Save yourself, don't buy DAIKIN. If you already have one, pray that it works till the day you choose to replace it because DAIKIN sure can't help.

FRAUD COMPANY AND FRAUD CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can message them all day on various platforms, messenger, gmail, whatsapp, etc.
These ppl are least bothered! @DAIKIN when should I expect my complaint resolution, just give me a date no?
Or just admit that there are no parts or you're not willing to resolve the complaint and be done with it and take back this faulty AC. just rid me of this nightmare experience of ever buying a DAIKIN product.

When will there be resolution to my complaint? Atleast give a response that satisfies my query, or is it too much to expect from you?? The same response is everywhere, " we will contact you"; "someone will get back to you".
No one has got back to me in three weeks. I have called customer care 16 times!! sent a mail 7 times. Filed a complaint on National consumer Helpline as well as here. Messaging since 4 days on your Messenger.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RESOLVE THIS COMPLAINT? BHAGWAN AVTAAR LENGE AYENGE TAB KAROGE KYA???

    It is to be brought to your notice that I had purchased 1.5 Ton NEW DAIKIN AC- FTKY50UV16V2+RKY50UV16V2 from LG LAMNATES, Shop : 2, Mangal Pandey Road Sadar Bazar, Lucknow UP on 18.06.2023 by paying cash. The said AC was installed at home by the technician by contacting the customer care after a day or two, but after the installation of the AC, its remote was not supporting at the same time, then it was informed by the technician that the remote was changed and made available to you. Will go or you can file a complaint on customer care.
    After that, I contacted the customer care and lodged a complaint related to the remote, on which after two or four days the technician contacted me and came to my house and checked with another remote and found that the remote is not working or sporting. I requested the technician to give me the remote which you have brought with you until the new remote is made available to me but the technician refused to give the remote during conversation with his higher officials and I It was told that a new remote will be provided to you after a day or two, which till today date 01.07.2023 neither new remote was made available nor contacted. Two or three days ago I contacted the said technician Mo. No. [protected], then he was informed that the new remote will be made available to you only after it is available, which has not been made available till date.
    Sir, if I had come to know that DAIKIN's service is so bad, I would never have bought DAIKIN's AC and in future I would not make the mistake of buying DAIKIN's AC, nor would I recommend anyone to buy DAIKIN's AC.

      The Daikin AC doesn't cool. Since the time I purchased the Daikin Split AC, every year I have consumed my time, energy, and money to get the issue fixed, but this AC has never worked more than 20 days in the last five years.
      [AC model number: RL35TV16W]

      Below is a brief history:
      - 05/05/18: AC Purchased
      - 13/09/18: No-cooling issue was raised.
      - 19/05/18: Gas Refilled. Service Order# 2593
      - 24/06/19: No-cooling issue again. 1 meter of copper pipe was changed along with gas refilling. Service Order# 7329
      - 08/08/20: No-cooling again. Service Order# 12215
      - 2021 summer: Again, no-cooling and gas leakage. No action is being taken due to the COVID lockdown.
      - 27/03/22 to 04/04/22: Service Order Nos. 22511 and 22549. The technician recommended a copper pipe change and a gas refill.
      - 16/04/23: Technician declared compressor as faulty
      - 21/04/23: Compressor changed and gas charging done (PFA the service order slip).

      Current status: There is no cooling. AC doesn't cool at all.
      Please find attached all the mentioned job sheets and purchase bills.

      Such products and services from a well-established brand like Daikin are totally unacceptable.

      Total amount of loss from this incident is Rs 93, 000.
      I wan to get damages for financial loss and mental agony.

      * The loss amount includes the price of AC, multiple technician visiting charges, my absence from work, masson, and painting work.

        This is a complaint regarding 1.5tonn daiken split ac complaint id[protected]. last year i paid 13000 for replacement of compressor as it was out of warranty. this year i again raised complaint and paid 13000 again for replacemnt of copper wire and gas refilling. Again my ac is not cooling.
        kindly look after my problem as soon as possible. and take action against authorized daiken center in meerut (ashu electronics). as now they are taking time for replacement in compressor as it is out of stock.

          This is a complaint regarding my daiken split ac ( ref id GHA[protected]) . last year i raised complaint for first time in which i paid 13000 against replacement of compressor as it was out of warranty. this year i again raised complaint of non cooling problem in which i was charged again 13000 for replacement of copper wire and gas refilling. further my complaint was not solved and now when i again call at ashu electronic(Authorized daiken service center meerut) There himanshu ji told me dat there is problem in your compressor, and it will take time to change your compressor as it is out of stock. it is requested you to plz look after my complaint and refund me some amount as ihav already spend lots of money

              Sir,

              On 18/06/2023 i have call to AC machinic from your company, to solve the leakage problem and refill the gas in my spilt AC. after 2 hours of repairing he tell me that your coil is fully damage, please replace the same. i agree them because i dont know about the spare parts of AC. Today i have call to some other machinic he told me that your indoor is fully damage also body is crack, sir its totally fault of your machinic. as he is doing work without removing the indoor from wall. some parts are crack and some part of body is also burn at the time repairing the coil.

                Hi Team,

                Even I bought Daikin Inverter split AC on April 2019 in Amazon. PCB board failed in June 2023 and when checked in invoice it says 5 years warranty for PCB board failure. But technician said it covers for 1 year alone and purchased after Sep 1st only has 5 years coverage. This is completely a scam from a well known manufacturer.

                Today only ordered the Board.

                Can I get soemone's attention on this issue ASAP and resolve my warranty issue. Even Dailin Support team is not clear about it.

                Hi! Have they resolved your PCB issue? I, too, have the same problem and am running from one corner to the other hoping to get some update but Daikin has such pathetic customer grievance redressal. Everybody is sitting clueless while the customer has to keep following up.

                Hi bro, have they resolved ur issue? I'm also facing same issue I had bought in June 20 still they're saying warranty of 5yr applicable only for the products purchased after sep 20 .

                    Sub : - CHEATING DONE by serviceman (Team) of DAIKIN

                    This is to bring to your kind notice that one of my Daikan AC was not cooling well. So we logged a complaint on 21/03/23 and then a technical visit was arranged . When the technician, whose name was Mr. Dheeraj came, he stated that we need to refill the gas in the AC and that’s why the colling was less.

                    He gave us two options, either we get it filled from him where he would charge less or where we can take the services from Daikin. We chose to use Daikin services and then the technician filled in the gas for INR 3550. (attaching the service completion certificate for your reference) at that time the AC was in the warranty period. As the weather was good in the month of April, we didn’t use the AC. It was only in the month of MAY we switched the AC on and again the AC was not cooling, so we again logged a complaint and this time the technician came and stated that the compressor was faulty and that’s why the AC was not cooling. When the second technician came, the warranty period of the AC got finished and now he told us that we need to change the compressor as it is not in the warranty period and we need to pay another 15, 000 for this .

                    NOW THIS PATTERN WHERE ONE TECHNICIAN VISITS AND DOESN’T CHECK THE AC PROPERLY, WHERE THE REAL PROBLEM WAS THE COMPRESSOR, but he ENDED UP REFILLING THE GAS AND THE SECOND TECHNICIAN WHEN CAME SAID THAT THE COMPRESSOR WAS NOT WORKING.

                    AS SEEN IN THIS CASE THIS IS PURELY THE MISTAKE OF THE TECHNICIAN WHO COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE REAL PROBLEM AND NOW. THE PROBLEM OF COMPRESSOR COULD HAVE BEEN SORTED AS AT THAT TIME THE AC WAS IN WARRANTY PERIOD, BUT AS THE WARRANTY EXPIRED IN MAY’23, NOW WE NEED TO PAY ANOTHER 15000 FOR THE COMPRESSOR.

                    THIS ACTION IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

                        We have submitted many complaints in last 2 years and engineer came and always fill the gas and after 10 days its stopped working.

                            My two VRVX units got installed in May 2022 and July 2022. Since installation there have been water leakage problem from one way cassette indoor units. There are FOUR one way cassette indoor units are installed. Multiple times I have informed the Daikin team and they have come to check but unable to fix it permanently.

                            Now the dealer and Daikin team has stopped responding to my messages and calls. I have serious doubts that they have installed faulty units in my home and are now running away to fix it. Daikin and the concerned dealer are now started behaving like 3rd class road side AC repair shop.

                            It is very very disappointing that after spending such a hefty amount on VRVX plant in my home, the product is 3rd class. I have wooden floorings in my rooms and they are getting damaged day by day. I have to keep rubber mats on the floor.

                            I will never suggest anyone buying the VRV from Daikin. They do not have well trained technicians and only work on hit and trial methods.

                              In December 2019, we purchased a 1.5 Ton Daikin Inverter AC for our home in Mumbai from Daikin's authorized dealer Aircare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The dealer persuaded us to opt for an inverter AC instead of regular one by telling that the device will last longer and run more smoothly. Since we have been using regular Daikin ACs in our old home for more than 10 years, we trusted their advice.
                              However, not even 3.5 years later the AC stopped cooling and we found out that the PCB in the outdoor unit has been damaged. We raised a complaint with Daikin and after 10 days of correspondence over email and call they have informed us that they cannot do anything to address the issue as it is beyond their standard warranty period(1 year). We are being asked to incur a cost of 9000 Rupees to fix the AC due to a part that has malfunctioned within 4 years of purchase.

                              In addition to this, the Daikin service system itself is extremely frustrating. Every time you raise a ticket, they will cancel it for a different reason and then you have to call or email them again to reinstate your request.
                              As Daikin customers of over 10 years, we are appalled that we have to face this issue and hope that you will learn from our experience and opt for a different AC.

                              I, too, am facing the same issue. The whole process of raising request, being allotted a service person and then waiting for a part with no updates on the same is very frustrating!
                              You should do better than this DAIKIN. The issue seems to be running with the same model as informed by your service person, either callback the product or let there be a suitable informed resolution to this.
                              NOT EXPECTED FROM DAIKIN! WE TRUSTED YOU!
                              Please respond, has this company resolved this issue or not as this company is aware that they have sold defective inverter AC to number of customers and they are harassing them like anything

                                I'm facing an issue with AC outdoor unit PCB.

                                The support team said it will cost 8500/- for a new PCB but there is no warranty on the new PCB. If I paid 8500 there should be at least a one-year warranty on the new part.

                                  It’s just been a year and a half and the best model of the Diakin the inverter Ac has stopped working because the PCB has stopped working..I called the Diakin Customer service ( Kishika cooling solutions) we informed them that we have some guests coming over .. we need to get this fixed in a day .. but these guys didn’t have the part and neither do the branch of Diakin in Bhiwandi, ( if they don’t have the parts then why are they selling their Acs) it’s taken forever now just to get our Ac fixed.. this is the most expensive model… I would say not worth it and their customer service is pathetic too. They don’t care for the their customers need .. So no more trusting these guys and would never ever recommend Diakin to anyone ..
