Dailyninja — services not delivered and app not functioning | |||||
I downloaded the app on 09 feb 2020 and started a milk delivery subscription from 10 feb 2020. There was a mandatory charge of minimum 1500rs to start any subscription which i paid through a wallet. After sometime i received a call from the no +91-[protected] to confirm my subscription and the person told that milk shall be delivered to my door-step by 7am every morning. However on 11feb2020, i didn't receive any milk in the morning. I tried opening the app but it was not showing anything apart from the home page with an icon of dailyninja. I suspected fraud and tried calling the above number which had an automated answer asking for an extension and the call would be disconnected. I was worried and deleted the app to avoid any further fraud since i used a digital payment mode. Fortunately i didn't save any credit card details. Afterwards i googled about the app and found out that there are many like me who have been deceived. I will try to visit their office which i speculate is another fake address and raise a complaint. I request the consumer forum to take strict action against the company to avoid further frauds. Was this information helpful? | |||||
