Dailyobjects.com — Order not received

I had ordered 2 covers for iPhone 11, I got only one..
It’s been 12 days since I placed the order, there is no help form the support email and customer care phone has been disabled due to covid and less staffing.

I’ve emailed them to either dispatch or cancel/refund but no update
