Bad quality, no refunds
I ordered a case and camera protector. Case was of very poor quality with 300% price markup. Camera protector did not even stick.
Wanted to return asap, but return guy doesn't call and marks as not delivered because I was not available. This website is on the verge of scams. Beware

Refund issues
I had ordered 2 phone covers under an offer and one’s quality I didn’t like so I wanted to return. They said partial refund is not possible. I still insisted on it as normally one would cause I didn’t trust their quality anymore. After the pickup, they mailed me saying do you want a refund or an exchange, I thought wow they changed their mind and are offering me refund as I had insisted alot. They did initiate the refund but of only Rs. 160 where I should have received Rs. 400! If they were offering only 160 they should have mentioned that on mail roght, I would have not returned the product on the first place. Very bad customer service and policies! Why would they say refund nai hosakta and next mail mein bolte hai ha refund chahiye toh le lo!

Order was placed 3 weeks prior. There is no update from their support team. Tried raising the issue on their social media channels, no reply from there.

I had ordered 2 covers for iPhone 11, I got only one..
It’s been 12 days since I placed the order, there is no help form the support email and customer care phone has been disabled due to covid and less staffing.
I’ve emailed them to either dispatch or cancel/refund but no update

Products had been shipped long back but havent been delivered and received only when I sent tonnes of emails and phone calls although none of my emails were answered sensibly. one product is delivered wrong

I had ordered 4 products from daily objects. Out of which one 1 received. And since beginning they are delivering products late. Whenever i mailed their support they always said that the product is in quality check and all that whereas the products are just sent damaged. But now its been 15 days i only received one product and rest are haven't even shipped. Also on their website they mention shipping in 4-5 working days. And i even did pre payment.

Got msg on Friday evening dat ur parcel has been delivered. But didn't get any parcel.
Already raised a ticket on same day against my complaint but no one is responding now my emails.
Courier agency is saying dat they r not able to contact the delivery guy. Is it possible that the boss don't have his employee contact number.
Today I tried his number 2-3 times but he is not picking my call.
Really a matter of shame for your company.
My mistake is only dat i already made the payment of my parcel

I ordered a product and the due to quality constraints I returned the product it was almost 45 days that I returned a product which I ordered and still the refunded amount doesn’t reflected in my account

I have placed a prepaid order on 4th aug 2018. Not only i haven't received my order yet but there is no basic communication from daily objects. No mail no call has been made from their side stating why the order got delayed and when will it finally reach me. I happened to contact them 2 weeks back at least their contact no was functional then.
I was told it will take another week max. Now none of their nos can be reached. It is indeed very disappointing. Either deliver it within a week or just cancel the order and refund my money immediately.

I have ordered a mobile cover long back and had done 100 precent but still didn't receive my parcel apart unable to contact on customer care service number also ... I think it's a fake and unprofessional site ..

Its been almost one month now and i have not received my order. The site promises of quick delivery and they have failed o do so. Also when i am trying to contact them on the number provided, the phone call gets cut in between.
No body answers the call.

I ordered some 5 items from dailyobjects.com dated 20/05/2018, order id#[protected], 100% payment was given in advance and they delivered my products like 2 items (1 week's time), 2 items (1 month's time) 1 item (Still pending), every time i raised a ticket or call them, same answer from their side, "you will get the delivery by this week or a particular date" but i'm still waiting for my order. I have dropped a mail to their helpdesk, marketing...

I placed an order with Daily Objects for two mobile cases on 27th May, 2018 and a month later, there was no sign of them. After contacting them twice on phone, they finally shipped my orders. One of the covers was old, scratched and worn out. Needless to say, receiving a defective product after a month of waiting was disappointing beyond words.
I immediately requested for a return and my package was picked up and an invoice was provided to me. After that, I have received no word from daily objects. I can't reach them on their number since it so appears that their agents are always 'busy'. So after 1.5 months, I do not have the product and I did not get a replacement/refund.
So this company provides terrible service and steals your money?

Finally i have received the long awaited order and am having an immense pleasure in telling everybody whoever would be thinking of buying from dailyobjects site that "i have received wrong product'
What i ordered was a trapeze crossbody bag and what i got was orbis crossbody bag.
It was a promised gift to my daughter which should have be arrived by 23rd of june or atleast on her birthday
Best features of daily objects site i overcame with
1. Late delivery (Order date 30.5.2018, delivery date 29.6.2018 approx 1 month)
2. Wrong product delivered.
3. Product quality was just like buying cheap stuff from street.
Both the actual order and received bag snaps are attached

I have ordered a messenger bag at 27 april. Its about a month but the order is still not dispatched. Very delay service. There is no responce about delivering of the order. They keep saying it will dispatch on monday then wednesday then friday and so on. The main reason is they receive payment early before delivery so they keep the customer waiting.

I ordered three cases in the mom sale of mother's day from dailyobjects.com on 13th of may 2018.
It has been six days from now and the order is still unshipped. I dont know how many days would it further take to get shipped to delhi, the capital city.
When called on the customer care, the representative said that your cases are made after ordering only and it takes time. Funny?, isn't it?
I feel i have been duped of my 1300 rs as after calling the customer care no. [protected], there is some machined reply over and over again, that "hello, welcome to xotel, you can buy foreign numbers from xotel, go to xotel.com"
Please help.

Above order[protected] for which ive made an online payment of rs 1118, is shown as delivered in malad Mumbai on 29th april where as my address is goregaon mumbai . I was at home at the time and the parcel was not delivered at all.the entry of visitors register with the security in my building also has no entry. I have called twice and spoken to your executives who promised an enquiry and a mail but that has also failed. Please treat this as urgent as i sense cheating of consumers by your site .

Since then, i've been waiting for my order to be shipped.
The customer service is really pathetic. I've already approached them, 4-5 times and the time frame given is usually 1-2 working days. A really bad experience.

This company does not have the capability to deliver the right products and their pick up team for product return is the most pathetic team ever because they do not want to return my money or give any credits. Do not trust this company. You will have real bad.

I ordered an iphone cover in jan'17. It was delivered promptly but I did not like it. I requested for my money back and the item was picked up in 2 days. lt's been more than 3 months since and they've still not returned the cash back. I contacted them on their whatsapp no., emailed them and called them up consistently. They'd say that they've initiated the money return and it will take 6-7 working days over the phone- this was a month ago. Now they have stopped responding over email and whatsapp and don't answer the call. The last time I spoke with them it a Mr Prateek who had assured me that I'll receive my money. It's been a thoroughly disgusting experience dealing with them.

Hai, I'm Ajith Punnoose ordered "Rock Elegant Series Case for HTC One (Black) - HT ONE-28481" from dailyobjects.com on 9.10.2013 but till this time its not shipped to me.
Also i wrote to them ([protected]@dailyobjects.com) on previous Sunday 20th October, but no one reply me till this time.
The status ("Invoice has been created, about to get shipped in a day") is same for almost two weeks.
I think i lost my money, but i'm writing this for others. Please don't purchase from here.

Got a call from Dailyobjects.com from the next day when i reported here. They told me that the purchased item was shipped to me but the product has been returned to origin due to unavailability of services of their courier partner at my location. Its an utter comedy, because i'm working with Toyota, Kottayam and we have got couriers from most of all courier agencies.
And now they are trying to ship the item once again and asked me to wait for some other days. But i told them i don't need the item from you and please refund my money immediately.
I think the refund process is more faster than their purchase process. Lol...):
Got the refund within some days.

I HAVE ORDERED AN IBALL ROCKY HEADSET WITH MIKE FROM DAILYOBJECTS.COM ON 27/10/2012 . THE ORDER ID IS[protected] AND DONE THE PAYMENT OF RS 389 THEN BY DEBIT CARD. THEY SAID THAT I WILL RECIEVE IT WITHIN A WEEK BUT HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT YET. INSPITE OF COMPLAINING TO CUSTOMER CARE NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN Why your cases so so costly than other mobile cases provider. When we go to sites like www.madanyu.com or caseitup.com they sell in the range of 300 to 500 Indian rupees. But your cases are so costly and not worth as I bought it from your website. But packaging was not good and also the case. Dont know whether its tough or not. I gave it to my friend to use it. A worse experience with your product.
I had ordered Aqua Cobalt Blue Doodle pattern case for my Samsung S7 edge mobile. Although it was delivered, I did not like it. So I had requested for return and refund on 4th of July. Although I got a mail saying that refund is initiated, till now I have not received it. There is no proper response to my mail/phone.
I ordered ninja monogram baesic Tote bag for 728 rupees and was delivered somewhere on 15 March, order no[protected] ... Then I returned the order and it was picked up on 17th March... Now status which is shown is as CANCELLED... but my money is not refunded after cancellation...
