Dear Sir/Ma'am Greetings I, Vijay Kumar, ordered combo 2 at website (www.dailyshoppingss.com) after the calls i received from one of your executives by mobile number +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] on February 04, 2015. I paid the amount of Rs. 3999.00 online as per the guidance of your executive. On February 10, 2015, i got a call from the same executive by the same numbers and he asked me to may the amount of Rs. 4856.00 as the VAT and other taxes of the product i ordered on Feb. 04. On February 11, 2015 again i paid the amount online. Today on February 12, 2015, the same executive is asking for the amount of Rs. 5000.00 as the insurance charges of the product by the same above mentioned mobile numbers. He also gave me the DTDC Courier no. A32123433. At last i refused to pay the amount because from the very first day, nothing has been made clear to me either about the taxes or the insurance. I asked him about the refund of the paid amount but the executive refused. This is my request to go through the issue and do the needful. I am Maitri Ajjewadiermath on 18th April 2015 I got a call from dailyshoppingss.com saying I will get a free gift of SONY LED 3D TV if i purchase combo 9 worth Rs.21000. I paid that amount then on 23rd April I got a call again saying I will have to pay 16, 090 for the delivery, insurance and service tax. After paying that sum I got a call from them saying I had paid the wrong amount. I was again made to pay 16.890 and I was told that I would get the refund of 16, 090 in the next 7 days. Now today I got a call saying I got selected for the gold book contest and I would get 4 lakh if I pay an amount of 26000. As everyday these people are asking for money and are not taking any action I refused to pay the amount. I said I just want to buy the combo and not the gold book contest. They have now finally refused to give me the products for which I have paid and when asked for refund they say not even a single rupee will be refunded. They are forcing me to pay 26000 . Now I am at a loss for 53000. I don't want the products or the gift I just want my money back which I had paid for the combo and the delivery. 53000 is not a small amount for me. The person who called from this online company is Karan Gupta. His contact no is [protected].I really need help. I have all the transaction details, messages and emails. i got a call from dailyshoppingss on 29 april 2015 at 05:12 pm from [protected] and said that i have been selected for 4 assured gifts which will be given to me if i purchase some products from their website worth rs 2999 to rs 21999. then i ordered combo 2 worth rs 3999. when i made the first payment, an amount of rs 3999 from my bank account was deducted but he said that amount was deducted but transaction was not successfully completed. he then again asked me to make payment assuring that he will refund the money. second time also amount was deducted but transaction was not successful and then i got frustrated and told them i will not make any more payment. then he asked me to change the denomination and try again but i denied. after sometime i got a mail that my transaction was successful.then on 12.05.2015 i got a call from [protected] and asked me to pay rs 9200 for vat which was not informed me before at the time of purchasing. when i refused to pay the amount they said that if i pay the amount i will get selected for gold cash contest of rs 2 lakh. today again i got a call from [protected] and asked me to deposit the tax amount to their account "nuetech global services". now i refused to pay the amount as this was not informed me earlier and i don't feel safe and asked them to either cancel the order or deliver the products which i purchased only except the gift. but he said he will not deliver the product neither he will refund the amount. i have all the transaction details, emails and voice recordings. need help to recover the money and take strict actions on them who are running fraud online shopping websites and cheating customers. plz go through the issue and do the needful.
