Dear bhaskar team,
On 31st mar 2018, 17 :00, i have gone to submit bhaskar tambola coupan for lucky draw at 67, sector b sonagiri bhopal. I official of bhaskar says that recepit of receiving are finished, we will provide you at your home personally by tommorow. After that on 1 april, they call at 17:30 and says that collect your recepit by 18:00. I say to them, it is not quite possible as its sunday and you re informing 30 min ago,, its quite far from my home and you have promise to send receipt at my home. Then he rudely says that "sote sote aate ho aur hum par chillate ho, aana ho aao nahi aana mat aao". Is this the way of talking even on their mistake, is that the behaviour of bhaskar staff to their client. I have submitted before on last late, their receipt was finished as they dont bring enough recepit from the bhaskar office, yet they are misbehaving. The name of empoyee was arvind and contact number is [protected]. I want to have action towards him and say sorry to me for this rude behavior and make him promise not to use such language in conference call or in front of higher officials of bhaskar.
