This is our first official complaint for not providing gift as won in Gruh Laxmi Enaami Yojna. After lot many follow up with Divya Bhaskar Vapi representative Mr. Vishnu Datt for providing Gifts, we remained disappointed by the response and many false commitments. It seems This newspaper makes customer fool by giving false promises. Even though the gift is as simple as bowl set, I am considering that commitment is far more valuable than giving such products on which Divya Bhaskar is failing on mass. Same issue was faced by our dear once too.
This official complaint is put forward after minimum 3 months regular follow-up. The person is not even bothered about complaint and taking us lightly.
Hoping that Divya Bhaskar will attend to this complaint.
