Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the non-delivery of the products that I had ordered from Daivik (order No - DRK60787) on November 3, 2023. I had placed an order for 3 items(given details in the attachment and was expecting it to arrive within 5 to 10 working days as per their shipping policy updated in their online site, but it has been several days now, and I have not received the shipment.
I tried to contact them through Call, WhatsApp Messages, Instagram Messages, but received no response from them. No Proper channel is provided to the customers for queries related to the orders.
I wanted to bring this to the attention of Indian consumer complaints Forum, kindly request your assistance to resolving this issue.
I hope to receive a response from Daivik within the next 2 to 5 days, with a clear timeline for the delivery of the goods. If I do not receive any response from Daivik, I will be forced to take legal action to recover the payment and the damages caused by the delay.
