Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company [Dgvcl] — Bill paid but still show due in last two month bill

I paid may bil amount rs.258107 in 24 may 2024 through rtgs. Rtgs num- BKIDA[protected].

Than after from last two month above amout show due in bill. I already submitt application and my statment regarding this payment to your bhatkol/palod dgvcl office on last month. But they still not update and i got again that amount due in bill with late payment charges. I request you to please update this amount and remove that due from bill.
I also attached my statement with marking amount which i paid in 24may.
