We are already 3time complaint to dgvcl for our home loss connection. Our area dgvcl officer are not reply to our call and our complaint .
We continue try to contact with dgvcl helpline number[protected] but all call are busy.
One time we meet the dgvcl office but no member was ther.
Please solw this metter .

10:30 pm power cut and continue call at customer care number for finding problem but not received call any one and at morning 5 am power become is this way total 8 hours power cut at industrial area.

In Kosad area, The power supply is power supply cut off often without any prior notice.. Avrage 3rd day they have fault in power supply or maintenance.. In nearby The torrent power co. Is also serve people the same without a single power cut off in year.. If private co. can do that, why not DGVCL(GEB). Are the executives working in DGVCL stupids.
And what about the " VIKAS" Of BJP government..!

I, mehjabi ughradar, residence 22, mona sahad degham chokdi, bharuch 392001.
Writing you for the thurd time in row this week regarding same complain of electricity supply cut. There is no electricity in my area since last 30 mins. This problem is always seen majorly during summer season, power cut due to no reason in addition to that consumer service also dnt receive calls.
It is 9 p. m we cannot even open our doors and windows as you would know there are mosquitoes in bharuch. Which makes survival more difficult.
Please see to it why there is so frequent power cut. Get the solution as soon as possible.

Resident of 22 mona sahad degham chokdi bharuch 392001. I have electricity supply cut in my area since morning 9 a.m. helpline service told us we would get our supply back within couple of hours. It is already 33 mins past 3, I have not yet got supply back. As you know due to summers it is really difficult to survive at 38 degree temp for so long.
Please help get our electric power supply back as soon as possible.

Updated by Ashwinbhai Gamit If the power pylon leads to a three phase line which is bent due to which there is a danger of crop damage due to short circuit so it is requested to install new and high pylons on immediate basis.

A few days ago, a power line pole was erected by you in Plot No. 77, Shivhira Society in Navagam of the last Limbayat zone, which is exactly the fixed on water supply pipeline, the self weight of pole disconnected the water connection. If the connection is not closed by lifting the pole of the power line, the dirty water from nearest drainage line will be mixed in this water supply line which may cause serious health problems. Although you have been informed about this matter, but no action has been taken by you till date to move the pole of the power line. The matter is considered to be serious and further action should be taken immediately.
