These guys just make fool out of consumers and also the manufacturers the electricity is supposed to be the basic necessities of life now and as I have a patient at home who totally survives on the life support system installed at home which works on electricity and these guys from dgvcl just cutt the electricity off for more than 11 hours every week with no reason just saying that the maintenance is going ever week at our area now the thing is if anything happens to the patient at my home who will be responsibility for it they cut the electricity just to fulfill the needs of the industrial estate so place kindly have a look on my problem it's urgent and please so send ne a reply

I would like to kindly state that I am a resident of Kishore Umrigar Umragam who applied in the research of the above subject.In the month of December, due to my condition, I did not pay the bill, so my meter was taken away as per the law, and after that I paid the bill, so my meter was fitted. This time my bill is Rs. 5000 for two months. I have never come in so many years. My house has only 1 room kitchen in which we use no TV and no AC. And so much so that Bill is not considered .mu aunty ane my big mom stay with near house and It happens to use a fridge washing machine Those who use AC every night use a washing machine in the morning, but the bill amount is between Rs. 3500 and Rs.2000 The situation is very bad. I request you to join hands and come to my house face to face and I request you to investigate this matter.please i request to you my customer id number is:[protected].please sir slove my problem

Almost double billing then the previous one

They never pick up the phone, put aside it otherwise switched it off... Never provide proper information when the power came back... Kosamba

I am currently living in Chanod Vapi, I am working in night shift after working whole night when I come home to have sleep what I get is power cut from DGVCL this happens every week it's so hot outside and inside too we can't sleep peacefully now. After paying taxes on every steps even when we get our salary after working for months their is a income tax deduction before we get salary noone cares how one is going to pay his expenses and this power cuts ruining our sleep to which we get after working hours.

My April & May Month DGVCL bill come it is very high comparatively last six month. It is some problem in Miter or Reading.

Please check the Miter and revised bill to be issue.

We are already 3time complaint to dgvcl for our home loss connection. Our area dgvcl officer are not reply to our call and our complaint .
We continue try to contact with dgvcl helpline number[protected] but all call are busy.
One time we meet the dgvcl office but no member was ther.
Please solw this metter .

10:30 pm power cut and continue call at customer care number for finding problem but not received call any one and at morning 5 am power become is this way total 8 hours power cut at industrial area.

In Kosad area, The power supply is power supply cut off often without any prior notice.. Avrage 3rd day they have fault in power supply or maintenance.. In nearby The torrent power co. Is also serve people the same without a single power cut off in year.. If private co. can do that, why not DGVCL(GEB). Are the executives working in DGVCL stupids.
And what about the " VIKAS" Of BJP government..!

Refund/ credit not initiated since last three years. there is sufficient amount get credited in my account due to solar system but it is not transferred. Please look in to the matter

Dear sir/madam,
I, mehjabi ughradar, residence 22, mona sahad degham chokdi, bharuch 392001.
Writing you for the thurd time in row this week regarding same complain of electricity supply cut. There is no electricity in my area since last 30 mins. This problem is always seen majorly during summer season, power cut due to no reason in addition to that consumer service also dnt receive calls.
It is 9 p. m we cannot even open our doors and windows as you would know there are mosquitoes in bharuch. Which makes survival more difficult.
Please see to it why there is so frequent power cut. Get the solution as soon as possible.

I am living India no 1 smart city Surat but i can't feeling it because everyday 3 time an hour power cut in DGVCL areas .
I will hope solve this problem in few day and make me feel smart ...

Resident of 22 mona sahad degham chokdi bharuch 392001. I have electricity supply cut in my area since morning 9 a.m. helpline service told us we would get our supply back within couple of hours. It is already 33 mins past 3, I have not yet got supply back. As you know due to summers it is really difficult to survive at 38 degree temp for so long.
Please help get our electric power supply back as soon as possible.

This is inform you that we are facing the issue of Electricity is not working in full-fledge. Electricity down on Monday 3half hour, Saturday 2hours and today continued same issue of Electricity up down. The entire society facing same issue.
