My name is Amit Adhlakha, house no 195/21 Madanpuri, Gurgaon, My electricity meter no [protected], I received the electricity bill of Rs 15208 after change the new meter, we raised the compliant to department today, but department didn't give the reasonable reply, I mentioned this compliant my new meter is very fast, because in past we didn't get higher amount like this Rs 15208/- new meter is defective, because it is very fast and being a customer we have the right in India to present our view, if any thing will be wrong with us, so I request you to raised my request to higher authority, because we are the middle people and these type of higher amout charged by DHBVN is not reasonable, please help me and resolve this matter ASAP Was this information helpful? |
