[Resolved] Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — Complaining about electricity cut

I am resident of Kila Road, Narnaul, Haryana. There is no electricity since yesterday evening.Its been more than 15 hours now. I have also registered compliant two times but still I have no updation regarding electricity supply. How much more time I have to wait for electricity now. When I called at DHBVN they said your complaint is already registered but we don't have any update from supplier of your area.
They shared one number but that number is switched off. How can I know what's the issue & how much more time it will take to resolve the issue. Its more than 15 hours of electricity cut as of now. Please look into the matter at the earliest & atleast intimate us in case of any bigger issue.

I have received update via SMS against my complaint that the issue is resolved now but it has not been resolved till then means there was no electricity. Then I called at DHBVN & that time I got response from them finally that some problem is there so it will be resolved maximum at 5pm. Finally, electricity will come around 1pm. I got response against my complaint approx 1hr after I posted my complaint here. I don't know how it happened because earlier I didn't get any update from them. Thank you ConsumerComplaints.in for giving this platform & Thanks to DHBVN for taking action after that.
