There is no electricity from last 8 hours. I have contacted the company through their calling number ie. 1912 100 times but it is busy, I also registered 1 complaint online on their portal but issue is not yet resolved. Complaint no. Is DS[protected]. Also, asked them to call back from online portal request, but haven’t received any call yet.
Please resolve this request asap as its been 8 hours.

    I have been raising my low voltage issue via different complaints with Dhbvn customer care and they have raised multiple complaints(not sure they have raised them correctly or not) but all the time complaints are being closed without resolutions. I have been fed up with same response and no resolution, hence writing it to higher authorities to get it fixed.
    Can you help me to fix my low voltage issue that is appearing daily after 9PM for almost whole night. We are paying money for 230-240v not for 150-180v then why getting so much low voltage during night, it damaged the life of electronic/electric appliances as well where AC etc don't work at all in this hot weather.
    We work during the day and need good sleep so that can work next day but because of this sleep cycle is getting impacted a lot.

    Following are the complaints I have raised with DHBVN since few days for your reference.Shamelessly all of them marked resolved by DHBVN without any resolution.

      In month of November 2023 they taken reading and when checked the bill copy observed reading charged twicely and bill received of Rs. 22599/-. As per my previous record never received high bill value but after my complaints they said bill is okay. this is really very bad services provided by the DHBVNL and they are harassing to the consumer very badly. please help

        No one is listening me guide me what I need to do?
        My electricity a/c no is -[protected] Faridabad Circle-1, Division : Greater Faridabad, Sub division F-54 Tilpat address is 50 4 A, Deepawali Enclave Part-II Faridabad, HR-121003.
        Connection is on the name of Ranjit Kumar Jha. I was paying our electricity bills regularly using online payment system because DHBVN officer didn't send copy of bills so I checked my bills online and paid using online mode. But suddenly I was surprised by saw bill of Rs. 19643.00 with 2511.5 Units meter reading after that I was trying to contact DHBVN officer so many time but they saying you have to pay that bill amount I was trying to described my problem but no one is ready to listen me and they are kept saying pay your bill other wise we will disconnect your connection and collect electricity meter. My problem is only that I was not running any factory I have small family and we have couple of fans, one refrigerator, tv and
        utilities of daily use and we are five members, But my meter is running too fast and cross 700 t0 800 per month I raised a complaint for same but no avail. Last time when I tried to contact DHBVN officer they said its your responsibility to provide reading to our office we don't have much employee strength I asked him we are paying our bills included service or etc charges why. DHBVN office address is sec 34 faridabad haryana 121001. Please do need full I am just tired by trying to ask for help in DHBVN office. I have made also online complain but it replies in process. After two days got mail it is ok. You have to pay.
        I just want to know why we are paying income tax, service tax etc tax only for that we need to their work too. I have lot to say about DHBVN officers but can't write everything on a post.

        Please do need full and any thing else from my side please contact me.

          I Tribandra Kumar Pande, consumer number [protected] is not having power supply for the last 3-4 hours, for which the complaint was lodged to [protected], got the reply that since work by TATA is going on they can't tell when the supply will be resolved. Later on Ms Bhavna CCE [protected] was unable me to connect to her floor incharge as he is not available. Further she refused to divulge the name of her floor incharge to me. You are requested to please take up the matter at your level. Furtrher i request youself to please also put this information in the URJA MAITRE app, so that the consumer is not harrased to contact here and there and waist his time.

            We were trying to get the name of electric meter changed but the documents which were asked were not even mentioned on their own website.
            These guys asked us to give a declaration that any pending charges arising from last 3 years will be paid by us.

            We have moved to the floor only 3 months ago. This is in addition to the NOC required by the previous owner despite us uploading a copy of sale deed

            Very frequent power cuts in dlf phase 2 irrespective of time of the day. No action taken on several complaints.

              Transformer installed at shiv mandir vill bilaspur kalan Distt Gurgaon is giving erratic output. It is showing supply in neutral. Domestic lights remain on, even after switching off.
              Pl do the needful at earliest.

                We are facing high and low voltage in M block SouthCity-1 for the past one week.
                We have power cut for 6 - 6 hours.
                No electricity in the night.

                  One phase is not working since 24 hours . Hence lift is not working.
                  Have raised many complaints but they are getting resolved immediately.

                    One phase is not working since 24 hours hence lift is not working

                    Have raised many complaints but they are getting automatically resolved. There is not resolution from the customer care. Facing alot of issues due to this.
                    We have elderly people with us so it is very difficult to go down without lift.

                        Sir,
                        After making complaint earlier, the smart meter display of which was not working has been replaced with new one in October, 2022. Thereafter, Bills dated 28.10.2022 and Bill dated 24.10.2022 have been received on PR basis instead of actual reading basis. Both the bills stand paid. It is not understood, despite installing new smart meter in place of defective one, why the bills are being sent on average basis, Further not able to download the bill online. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                          Raised multiple time for name change in connection but every time getting

                          Name change from Vibha Gaba to Archana Sharma is requested mutlitple times. Account number is [protected]. Every time the request is rejected. Twice money is paid for fees but still no resolution. Why so much corruption in this department. The reason for rejection is irrelevant as there is nothing like that is mentioned in online form. All required docs were submitted. There is no option to upload join owner NOC. Nowhere on website there is option to upload or mentioned like that still request got cancelled with this reason. My request number was CMPG[protected].
                          Why we need to pay the fees again and again when we already paid the fees. Every time they reject the request due to some stupid reason and then we have to pay the fees again. Either pay to them via corruption or like this, these corrupted people makes their way to earn black money.
                          When I got their office then they simply said that for Housing board sector 31 all online application taken care at sector 44 office. How is it possible? very corrupted and ill mannered people.

                            My self deepak bhardwaj and my account number is [protected]. I make all the payment regularly but in the month of september 2022 i received a sundery amount of 58053 rs in my bill. I went to the sub division office f-22 no 2 to check this amount they say a cheque is bounce in 2013 or 2014 in your account. I request to provide my cheque and the reason why this amount is not credit in my next bill after bounce . They said the cheque is debit in another person account. Please provide the details and remove this sundery amount from my account

                              Why DHBVN raise bill in every 2 months not on monthly bases in Mukesh Colony Ballabgarh area?

                              I tried to complete it multiple times, they said reading person will come and take the reading than only we can raise the bill, if he is not coming than it is not our fault

                                  मैं गांव मुआना का स्थाई निवासी हूं। मैने मेरे नाम से मेरे खेत में ट्यूबवेल पर कनेक्शन के लिए 2012 में dhbvn उपमंडल सफीदों में secuirty भरी थी। उसके बाद मेरे से 2016 में फिर से फीस भरवाई गई। जिसका सारा रिकॉर्ड मेरे पास मौजूद है। उसके बाद मैं काफी बार मेरे कनेक्शन के बारे में जानकारी लेने गया कि मेरे कनेक्शन कब तक लगेगा। लेकिन कनिष्ट अभियंता व उपमंडल अभियंता द्वारा मुझे बार बार थोड़े दिन का टाईम दिया गया। लेकिन 2016 से आज तक मेरे कनैक्शन को लेकर कोई भी कार्यवाही नही की गई। मैं सफीदों dhbvn उपमंडल के चक्कर काट काट कर थक चुका हूं और अब तो कनिष्ट अभियंता व उपमंडल अभियंता मेरे साथ कनैक्शन के बारे में कोई बात भी नहीं करते है।
                                  अत: जनाब से प्रार्थना है जल्द से जल्द मेरे कनैक्शन मुझे दिया जाए ताकि मैं अपनी फसल की सिंचाई ठीक समय पर कर सकू। आपकी अति कृपा होगी

                                    R/sir, i am belong to village muana which is located in district jind and tehsil safidon. i have pay a security in 2012 for new connection on my tubewell. Then i pay again fess for this connection in 2016. Then i go many time for know details of my new connection in dhbvn sub station safidon. So no body tell me about my connection. Regarding JE and SDO take a short time to me again and again but no action take on my connection. Kindly take a legal action on SDO and JE and give me my connection on my tubewell thanks

                                        My name is Amit Adhlakha, house no 195/21 Madanpuri, Gurgaon, My electricity meter no [protected], I received the electricity bill of Rs 15208 after change the new meter, we raised the compliant to department today, but department didn't give the reasonable reply, I mentioned this compliant my new meter is very fast, because in past we didn't get higher amount like this Rs 15208/- new meter is defective, because it is very fast and being a customer we have the right in India to present our view, if any thing will be wrong with us, so I request you to raised my request to higher authority, because we are the middle people and these type of higher amout charged by DHBVN is not reasonable, please help me and resolve this matter ASAP
