If you want to know WHAT IS A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE please go to DAKSHIN HONDA, HOSUR RD. They give ZERO value to customer. I went to them for insurance owing to a minor accident for which they took 11 days to replace a mirror. It’s just because I went through insurance. The body shop manager Vijay was ready to replace the same mirror in half a day to fix the mirror and took three days to fix the mirror after releasing WORK ORDER through insurance. PATHETIC IS THE WORD FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL!! Mind you Maruti takes less than a week for insurance claim process with the amount of sales they have it in their pocket. PLEASE GO TO DAKSHIN HONDA TO KNOW WHAT PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS AND TO KNOW HOW PATHETIC WE ARE! Was this information helpful? |
