[Resolved]  Dakshin Honda — Refund of booking amount

HI Sir / madam,

This mail is for to bring to your notice to take legal action against Dakshin Honda. Around the 21st April 2013 i entered the Dakshin Honda show room on Lavelle road, and booked a Honda Amaze and paid a deposit of booking amount of Rs 21000. Post that they promised me the car would be delivered in 45 days.

After repeated attempts of following up with the person whom i was in touch with Mr. Satish and Mr. Prasanna. I was later informed that the delivery would happen in September. I have been back and forth to the showroom chasing up on a positive note that my car would be delivered at the earliest. I was only given false promises by the sales team and with such frustration i cancelled the car booking on 29th June.

Now here comes the interesting Part. I WAS PROMISED MY REFUND OF Rs 21000 in seven working days... Well its been 1 month and no refund. Aparently after repeated calls to the accounts team of Dakshin Honda i get weird reply that the Signing Authority is in the hospital (FOR 1 MONTH... Hilarious).


I fail to understand that An international brand tied up associated with Dakshin can give me such ...It is such a disgrace all together which i will not stand for. All i have been requesting again and again is for my refund.

I would like you to take this up on TOP most Priority and ensure that my refund is given back.

This is in reference to my earlier complaint posted on the 25th of July with regards to the refund of the booking amount.

We did receive a call from the Manager named Gagan (Lady) who stated that few signatures are pending post which the amount would be refunded. After 5 days they send a person to take my signatures and i was promised a refund the REFUND.

Can somebody do something about this. It may be a small amount for Dakshin Honda but as an Individual who calls herself as a Manager for Dakshin Honda...giving me false promises of refund.. How can Honda Hire someone like that... Having said this... am literally getting tired of this cat and mouse chase. GET THIS RESOLVED.

I am also facing similar problem with dakshin Honda, Hosur Road. I had booked for Honda Brio on 1st June'13 by paying Rs.30, 000/- and the sales department promised me to get the car in a weeks time. However, everytime I called, the deliverary date would shift by another week, forthnight and then by a month's time. Exhausted, I cancelled my booking on 29th June, 2013. I got a refund of only 27, 000/- and after much persuasion they agreed to return my 3, 000/-. Ever since they are giving one or the other reason and extending the period for refunding. I also wrote twice to the Dakshin Honda manager.
This is really frustrating and running behind like this for own money leaving all other work is impractical. It's a shame on their part that, neither the sales nor the finance department keeps upto their promises and on top of that the Manager seems unfunctional. I will never suggest anybody to visit Dakshin, seems like they must be interested n goblling up customer's money to earn profit.
