If you want to know WHAT IS A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE please go to DAKSHIN HONDA, HOSUR RD. They give ZERO value to customer. I went to them for insurance owing to a minor accident for which they took 11 days to replace a mirror. It’s just because I went through insurance. The body shop manager Vijay was ready to replace the same mirror in half a day to fix the mirror and took three days to fix the mirror after releasing WORK ORDER through insurance. PATHETIC IS THE WORD FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL!! Mind you Maruti takes less than a week for insurance claim process with the amount of sales they have it in their pocket. PLEASE GO TO DAKSHIN HONDA TO KNOW WHAT PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS AND TO KNOW HOW PATHETIC WE ARE!

    The service quality at Dakshin Honda has gone bad to worst. 3 years ago there was a rattling noise from front left side. Over the period of next 2 yrs they replaced, lowe arms, link rods and suspension without success at my cost. Later an irritating shouting was required for them to diagnose the issue with windshield sealant. I had to pay for all their incompetency to resolve the issue.
    Recently i gave the car again for water leaking in the front passenger side. They took 4 days to resolve the issue and in return created another issues, door was not unlocking using remote.
    Very easily they blamed the the autocop fitment and upon escalation they said the parts needs to be changed which took 3 weeks and didn't resolve the issue. Again the same blame game and they put a bypass wire to resolve the issue. Again their incompetence to diagnose that the window glass was causing the stress on the wiring due to which the issue was coming up. (This was diagnosed by ab outside vendor).
    I did escalate to the feedback team and requested a call back from senior manager. No calls received.
    Even email to support team is falling to blind people. No response or call back.
    Worst ever experience. I had been a loyal customer to Dakshin Honda since last 11 yrs and current team has totally crashed my confidence in the ability of Dakshin Honda engineers and thr manager to understand and resolve the issues. Not sure if this also will be going to trash.

      I sold my old car (Santro Xing XO) to Dakshin Honda - Hosur Road/ Honda Auto Terrace while purchasing a new car in 2018. I have been chasing them to get the paper work/proof for ownership transfer but they are not providing any details and they are saying that they lost the car papers. I am going to file an FIR as a last resort.

        I have bought a honda city from dakshin honda they made me pay excess amount while buying the car. Later they said they will initiate the refund of the balance amount i am following from more that 1 yr 2 months no proper response. There is a person called kavan sales head he does even bother to follow up with the customers. Very very bad customer experience

          I have bought honda jazz car from dakshin honda in 2016 june. I have referred my two colleagues at dakshin honda for buying cars. They also bought their respective cars from dakshin honda. Hence, i received 10000 inr referral bonus from them. I asked about the validity of the points they informed it is valid till life time even i visited them several times regarding the same no one gave me the clear information instead they misguided me.
          When i tried to avail the benefits i was told that there is some issues going on with the buddy loyalty program which honda has launched and it will take some 2 months time to get rectified. So i waited and when i approached them they said my validity of points has expired and i can no more avail the benefits.

          I request you to please take actions against such dealers and help me in resolving this issue.

          Hello, This is continuation to my previous email. I received an update from the sales representative that my case cannot be considered. I just wanted to know is this the way you deal your customers. Your sales representatives misguide your customer and customer is held responsible. Once you sell the vehicle there is no after sales assistance from you. The reviews of Dakshin Honda was not good from my friends. Still I bought car from your showroom and have referred two vehicles.

          I am sorry to say if there is no response from your side I will have to approach your higher authorities and also there will be no new referrals.

            HI Sir / madam,

            This mail is for to bring to your notice to take legal action against Dakshin Honda. Around the 21st April 2013 i entered the Dakshin Honda show room on Lavelle road, and booked a Honda Amaze and paid a deposit of booking amount of Rs 21000. Post that they promised me the car would be delivered in 45 days.

            After repeated attempts of following up with the person whom i was in touch with Mr. Satish and Mr. Prasanna. I was later informed that the delivery would happen in September. I have been back and forth to the showroom chasing up on a positive note that my car would be delivered at the earliest. I was only given false promises by the sales team and with such frustration i cancelled the car booking on 29th June.

            Now here comes the interesting Part. I WAS PROMISED MY REFUND OF Rs 21000 in seven working days... Well its been 1 month and no refund. Aparently after repeated calls to the accounts team of Dakshin Honda i get weird reply that the Signing Authority is in the hospital (FOR 1 MONTH... Hilarious).


            I fail to understand that An international brand tied up associated with Dakshin can give me such ...It is such a disgrace all together which i will not stand for. All i have been requesting again and again is for my refund.

            I would like you to take this up on TOP most Priority and ensure that my refund is given back.

            Hi,

            This is in reference to my earlier complaint posted on the 25th of July with regards to the refund of the booking amount.

            We did receive a call from the Manager named Gagan (Lady) who stated that few signatures are pending post which the amount would be refunded. After 5 days they send a person to take my signatures and i was promised a refund the REFUND.

            Can somebody do something about this. It may be a small amount for Dakshin Honda but as an Individual who calls herself as a Manager for Dakshin Honda...giving me false promises of refund.. How can Honda Hire someone like that... Having said this... am literally getting tired of this cat and mouse chase. GET THIS RESOLVED.

            Hi Rashmi,

            I am also facing similar problem with dakshin Honda, Hosur Road. I had booked for Honda Brio on 1st June'13 by paying Rs.30, 000/- and the sales department promised me to get the car in a weeks time. However, everytime I called, the deliverary date would shift by another week, forthnight and then by a month's time. Exhausted, I cancelled my booking on 29th June, 2013. I got a refund of only 27, 000/- and after much persuasion they agreed to return my 3, 000/-. Ever since they are giving one or the other reason and extending the period for refunding. I also wrote twice to the Dakshin Honda manager.
            This is really frustrating and running behind like this for own money leaving all other work is impractical. It's a shame on their part that, neither the sales nor the finance department keeps upto their promises and on top of that the Manager seems unfunctional. I will never suggest anybody to visit Dakshin, seems like they must be interested n goblling up customer's money to earn profit.

              I had given my Honda Accord V6 for replacement of a leaking power steering hose pipe. The service manager Sunil called me 3 days later and told me that the car was starting later than normal. I had never faced any such issue with the car starting. I asked Sunil to take a look and they did in the presence of my driver They found nothing wrong with the starter and handed the car over. Now the car does not even start and Dakshin honda is washing their hands off this issue. IT was gross negligience from the service department that has caused this to happen. I urge you to kindly have Dakshin Honda look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

              I completely agree.. I just had a horrible experience with Dakshin Hond, Bangalore and its the same Sunil who is responsible for it.. during my honda city service, there were multiple scratches all over, which was acknowledged by Sunil and agreed to fix it.. for their mistake, my car had to again travel to their showroom, which is almost outside Bangalore... the car returned after 2 days with minimal cosmetic changes.. I had the inconvenience for 2 days.. I told them that from the service bill, I will deduct the extra fuel charges that I incurred because of their default.. but their driver was instructed by Sunil not to handover the car keys till I pay up the full amount.. ISN'T this Blackmail? They decided to retain my 10lac car for their Rs. 400.. which was duly withheld for their goo[censored]p.. they are big cheats and wouldn't recommend it to anyone..

                Here are some residents of Bangalore who have complained about the bad roads of Bangalore.

                Dear sir,

                Priyadarsini Mishra - I am staying at Maruthi Nagar, place very near to BTM, Kormangala. From last two months Maruthi nagar main road is blocked because of some construction. It is constantly causing problem but due to the
                adjusting nature of our people we never say anything.

                Imran Khan - I am staying at Sarraki, JP Nagar post. from last two months I am observing that one of building under construction has dangerously left the poles hanging from third floor which is very dangerous and can fall any time on any one that can cause serious injury and even death for the pedestrians. The work of that building has been stoped due to some legal issues, but the poles left there are very horrible and fall any time. the building address is, 2nd cross, DSC Road, Sarraki Gate, Kankapura Main Road, Near Laxmi Driving School, J.P Nagar post Bangalore-560078, I Request you to please take this matter as priority and do need full, so that your action can save many lifes

                Chandana G.h - I am staying in BSK 3rd Stage near ITTAMADU. The main problem in my area is of collecting waste or garbage. No proper workers are there to collect the garbage, but they come on the first week of every month to collect the money. And one more thing a van comes in the morning but does not stop anywhere. I stay on the first floor it takes few seconds to reach him, even we inform him to stay till we come he is not responding.I kindly request u to see throug this and do the needful

                Jaira - We the residents of Lingarajpuram, ward # 87 wish to state that in New Post Office Road, Lingarajpuram. Recently with the help of BBMP officials we removed the unused water tanks ( 2 Nos) from this locality. This dead end road has been encroached by one Mr. Srinivas BBMP health inspector by planting trees and plants around his house causing inconvinience to the residents of this locality and more over he is using the materials of BBMP like Divider Blocks And Concrete Slabs to plant these plants and trees. This dead end road has got only one approach road, at the beginning of the road only he has encroached and causing inconvinience to the residents of this locality. He is misusing the powers of BBMP by being a health inspector. Kindly look into the matter and help us in removing the plants and trees Sir. We all pray to execute the speedy removal of trees and plannts encroached by BBMP health Inspector Mr.Srinivas.

                  Replacement of Brake pads and Disc

                  This is the second time me complaining!!!!

                  This letter is in reference to the recent visit I had to Dakshin Honda (Bangalore) to service my car KA 51 N 2141 (Feb 2007 model) on the 28/10/2009. Upon inspection I was informed that the brake pads and disc needed immediate replacement. To my surprise, the car has been used sparingly and has run for only 11000 kms and the wear and tear is good and under no circumstances, the brake disc and pad will require replacement at 11000 kms which was acknowledged by technical staff at Dakshin Honda. The photographs were taken of the condition of the brake discs and pads and were sent to the corporate office but they have refused to carry out the replacement with no concrete reason.


                  I have 2 Honda cars - Civic and City and I was a great believer in their technology prowess but have developed serious doubts about the reliability of their parts as asking the consumer to foot the bill for the faulty part is not something I had expected from Honda. Per my understanding, a part will only need replacement if that has outlived its utility but in this case , it is apparent that it was a sub standard manufacture make.



                  This has taken far too long to be sorted out, I want you to take up this matter immediately and ensure I get the free replacements done at the earliest.
