Dalmia resorts people making fool to the property owners in Dalmia Resorts...I have invested 18, 000/- in this property in 1988. I have been to the property only for 2 times since 1988.
I have sent lot of letters regarding my property, but did not get any correspondence from their end. There was a policy that if you do not want to come for vacation in any year, then your property will use for rent for other tourist and you will get the rent amount in your account.
Today, I have asked for the rent amount, they said that the rent policy has been closed few years ago. I asked them that how many times you have used this property on rent since 1988. They do not have any answers regarding the query.
Then, I have asked to surrender the property and refund my amount. They said, that there is AMC ( Annual Maintenance charges) applicable of Rs.5, 500/- every year since 2007 plus 18% interest. Means they are asking me to pay approx Rs.60, 000/- to surrender the property.
This is something very ridiculous and we cannot expect this kind services atleast from the great Dalmia's group.
As per the policy its a 99years plan policy. Initially when we have invested in the property in 1988, there was clause that we will have to pay any other charges for the next 99 years.
This is not affordable at all. We must have to take a very strict action against them. Was this information helpful? |
