I paid inr 65000 in 1996 for timeshare property in Manali. The property doesn't exist.
Now they are offering to refund the principal amount and close the case.
Got cheated.
I was a NRI and now retired in India.
Need some support to solve this issue.

Dalmia resorts people making fool to the property owners in Dalmia Resorts...I have invested 18, 000/- in this property in 1988. I have been to the property only for 2 times since 1988.

More than a decade ago I bought two units of Manali Dalmia Time share .
I was promised property would come up soon. till then i could use the exchange scheme and use other properties of the company.If we use other properties the charges of electricity etc are more than the existing hotel rates of that area.
