On 30th apr 2017 i ordered 2 pcs "first copy of redmi note 4 phone" and paid rs 5498.00 through sbi bank debit card. But i do not get any confirmation mail to my given email id. Now it is 17 days over till i dont get my ordered and paid mobile. Kindly take necessary step to refund the amount or to place the order at the earliest. My mobile number is [protected]
