We purchased a sofa set which had 10 years warranty, we have all the bills with us, the sofa set broke, they took 2000/- rupees from us but did not repair the set in fact returned the broken set. Manager was rude and refused to listen to the complaint. I wrote in the bill that I was not satisfied still we were forced to take it. Was this information helpful? |
