Poor quality of tv unit with stained drawers, not yet replaced after repeated complaints, purchased on 4th june 2018.
After paying full amount in advance and receiving the item after 2 days, we complained immediately about the poor quality of the item to the mentioned coordinator in the invoice mr. Bharath. As we were not at all satisfied with the look of the item. The look of display in the showroom and the delivered item doesn't match. We were told that the pieces will be replaced, but till now around three-four times they promised to come in different dates and never turn up at all saying that there is no product, no stock, no manpower etc etc. Our problem is not at all taken seriously. There is no coordination at all between the coordinator and the delivery team. Every day new reasons are given to us and wasted our time by making us wait for their arrival. Please take it seriously and solve the issue at the earliest. Either take it returned and refund the full amount or replace the item without making a single day delay. Please contact on [protected].
