I register to do work from home from datavision data solution company. After completing my work they want to pay some amount of 780. And also pay the GST of rs 325. I pay the entire amount. Then they told me that I will wait till 5th March for getting my salary. But till now I didn't get any response and salary and also I can't contact back to that number.

I got a what's app msg from [protected] stating *Government registered company* *NO REGISTRATION FEES* your profile is selected for work from home jobs of data entry Send your mail ID for more information. I've texted back and shared the maild id they shared some documents to work and I've completed the work they promised they'll be paying the amount 11000/- after submitting one project. I've submitted the work then they asked me to pay 680/- for salary card charge after the salary Card got created they will be sharing the salary in 2-3 hours . So I asked why should I pay the amount as they haven't informed this in the beginning and I asked that person to pay the amount then started chatting arrogantly telling "if you want you pay 680/- or just leave it" then I said I'll go to the police! They are ok with that . Don't trust this organisation.

Hello frnds. Me apne aapko bahot unlucky samjhta hu jo us company ko join kar k apne 2 months mene yaha kharab kiye. Mene ye company join ki sirf isliye ki rewari me hu pass k pass company hai. But me wrong tha. Mujhe i've b nahi tha ki jo company me join karne ja raha hu usme mere sath aisa aisa hoga. Mene ye sab complaints bahot late read kiye. And jab read kiye to me aware hua or mene apne documents maange. But mujhe unke rply se pata chal chuka tha ki sab complaints genuine hai. Ye koi office nahi hai. Pehle sayad ye office gurgaon me tha. Ab ye office brass mkt rewari. Haryana me open kiya hai. Yaha attendance ek paper par li jaati hai uske phichy b kuch yaha k director ka logic hai. Yaha k director mr. Gourav gupta ji jo apne aap ko bahot jayda talented samjhte hai. Baaki employee ko pagal. Yaha totally harasment hota hai. Roj gaaliya deta hai apne employees ko. And sabse badi baat hr company ki mr gourav ji li wife hai. Matlab samjho ghar ki company. Mene yaha apna jayda nuksan nahi hone diya sirf inhe complaints ki vejah se jo mene time rehte read kar li. Yaha director ka interview lene bahot mast lagega aapko. Sirf aapka family background or fasaaane k liye bahot logic. Ajeeb baaty. Joining k liye bulaaynge aapko or training denge ye karenge or phir jaal me fasa lenge fees lenge. Then koi training nahi apna kaam. Or gaaliya. Mene apne career me kaafi company dheki par ye company sabse unique rahi. Yaha employees k parents aate hai documents k liye or salary k liye ye gourav un logo k sath gaaliya or ladai tak kar k office se bhaga deta hai. Dosto mene to ab yahi karna hai ki aise complaints se fayda nahi. Kyoki aye din log aise torcher ho rahe hai yaha or ye b a raha hai. Me iski complaints cm window me kar raha hu. Or un sab logo se request karunga ki plz aage aao or apne hak k liye lado. Apne paise mat chodho. Aise company kabi progress nahi kar sakti. Ye sirf short term business hai. Vo b ab kuch time k liye. Baaki baaty itni hai jo khatam nahi hogi. So itna hi kahunga. Ki is data infovision company me kabi join mat karna bahot jhut kaha jayega yaha aapko join karvaane k liye par hoga kuch nahi. Because jo insaan pury office me employees k saamne apni wife and jo ki yaha hr hai unhe maar sakta hai or gali de sakta hai vo kaisa ho sakta hai aap soch sakte ho.

I have worked for 10 months in the organization.
They do mental harassment like
holding salary of 2 months, give so much work pressure so that you can't leave the office on time, not providing leave when you require even if you are ill, salary releasing date is not fixed after holding 2 months of salary, salary is not given accurate that will be commited/fixed during interview/joining, not takecare of female feelings and there security.

data Infovision-Cheat Company Data Infovision pvt ltd is a cheat company. Its situated in spaze itech park gurgaon. Its owner is a complete cheater, and harasses his employees. Its true that they ask for a bond, of one year or two years. They torment and harass their employees, and act as very sophisticated people. You'll be considered as a donkey and nothing more. The company has no ethics, no values and its MD, Gaurav Gupta knows only one word in english.. "Awesome"!! He's a complete lunatic, and harasses his employees. He also follows his employees. Complete . The so called ops manager is his wife shalini, who does the same work. Another culprit is a she pig, the hr of the company neetu gupta. She's the biggest liar on the face of this earth. She'll tell you that the company is an MNC, when in reality, the company is broke. They have no money to pay the salaries of the employees. The'll keep your documents and if you want to leave the'll ask for a fee for the documents. This is how the company is running. If you demand anything in written, the'll say its against the company policy (there is none) No salary slip No ethics No salary Employee harassment extra long working shift no company policy No experience certificate If you still want to join, go through all the reviews, and take everything in written. The'll also deduct a security amount without telling you. so be careful. Only join the company if you want to spoil your career completely.

Motive of datainfovision, gurgaon is to mentally torture the employee. But they show like they behave with them very well. The datainfovision pvt ltd does not provide salary slip which is very important for us (employees). In a single line fraud company. Does not provide salary on time and the proper amount . They troublesome employees too.
