My FD receipt no 51508 for Rs 10000 was surrendered with the company on the DOM 20/09/2000. The last letter I received from them was on 29/10/2001 informing that a comprehensive plan has been filed with the Honorable Delhi High Court and the court sanction is awaited for repayment.It has been 15 years waiting for the refund. The status of the court order is also not known.Can you please help.
