I have fixed deposit Folio Nos:201919. I have send KYC along with Pan card copy, cancelled cheque to Okhla office, Delhi to deposit the amount more than 2 year ago. we are yet to get the dues. Kindly help us.

DCM FINANCIAL SERVICES — Maturity Amount of Deposit

I have deposited Rs. 4000/- with DCM Financial services in 1997 vide receipt no. 503038 dt. 31/1/97 for
5 years.it was matured on 31/1/02. The receipt was returned duly signed for payment on maturity. Till date I have not received the maturity amount of Rs. 10000/-.

Sir we took two FDs from DCM Financila services ltd for Rs 7000 each FD No.53075 and FD No 48747. These FDs were given to DCM Financial services on maturity. KYC was also given in their okhla office.Sent email to one member team on refund email but so far NO RESPONSE

Following Fix deposits (4) are pending for repayment of maturity proceeds of FDR nos. 502042 & 502043 both dated 30.01.1997 and 502880 dated 28.01.97and 502883 dated 29.01.97 bearing face value of Rs. 10,000/- each respectively , since the years 1998 by DCM Financial Services Ltd.

Surprisingly these Fix deposits are yet to be included in the repayment list in the website of the company.

DCM Financial Services Ltd. is advised to update the aforesaid list and let us know when repayment of maturity proceeds will be paid to us.

Fixed Deposits — Non Repayment of Fixed Deposits

I am Rakesh Kumar Gupta,resident of 78, Deshbandhu Society, I.P.Extn.15,Patparganj, Delhi-110092. My landline telephone no.is 22733457 and Mobile No.is [protected]. I invested Rs.50,000/- in your Company in Fixed Deposit account jointly with my wife Mrs.Ash Gupta.The deposits were in the denomination of Rs.20,000/-,Rs.20,000/- and Rs10,000/-. All these deposit receipts matured longback in year 2001.On maturity I deposited all the three instruments duly discharged with the company for payment. But I regret to state that despite my repeated requests/reminders in writing as well as telephonically,the amount has not been paid till date.I understand the Company Law Board also issued orders for the payments of the FDRs matured. But their orders have also not been honoured and the depositers who put their hardearned money with the company are severly suffering due to nonpayment of their Fixed Deposit amount by the company.There are also some depositors who are retired and put their superannuation amount in the Fixed Deposits with the company for the livelihood of their retired life.

Dear Sir
I had imposed faith in DCM Financial Services LTD, a name of repute at one time, by making a Fixed Deposite of Rs 6000/- Six thousand only on March 6, 1997 for 3 years. I am shocked that the company is annoyed for the repayment of the maturity amount o the FDR

In this regard I had requested the company many times, but all in vain.

I am a house wife and this is my hard earned money.

Now, I am looking for God help.

I have also invested in DCM FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD. vide fdr no. 77757 rs. 15000/- and nce dfs 203629 of rs. 10000/-, and submitted all doc in time. with acknowledgement, and also file the case in Consumer redressal forum, the court ordered to repay with 12% interest and litigation charges rs. 3000/- but the CO. has not repaid a penny till today. saying the matter is pending in hon'ble high court DELHI.

I have deposit 60, 000/-(different names) on 1997 maturity on 99 still after serveral telephonic & hand written communication with official, My matter is pending.

On serveral communication still officer promising to repay the amount but when they are not able to say, only promise is not eneff, If you are making promise then fulfill it

As per Auditors" report, there are 50928 Fixed Deposits, aggregating Rs. 56.35 Cr
were unpaid and out of which Rs 3.51Cr remained unclaimed by 3639 Depositors,
as on 31st March, 2013. The fixed deposit liability of the Company is proposed
to be settled in the manner and in accordance with the Scheme of restructuring
filed by the Company, which is pending before the Hon''ble Delhi High Court.

DCM Fin Services ltd allotted 19.5% Secured Privately Placed Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures in the Names MAHAVIR SINGH and my wife KAMALA DAHIYA vide Regd Folio DF 201802 Certificate No 2169, Scheme CUMULATIVE, TEN NO. DISTINCTIVE Nos 17996 to 18005, Dated 26th Nov 1996 vide Certificate dtd 29th Nov 1996 with Face Value Rs. 10, 000/. The said Debentures were to be redeemed after 18 months but so far nothing has been paid. Undersigned wrote to the company as back as 3/01/2001 in response to their revised commitments vide their letters no.DFS/NCD dated 27/06/1998 and 5/12/1998.
The Company has made a Gross default and breach of Trust as such measures may be taken to redress the grievance as per Law of the Land and arrange the payment of Principal, interest thereon as per stipulated rate of interest and damages for default and harassment of the Investors.

I have repeatedly written to the Company for refund of the deposit of Rs.10000/-substantiated as to my identity. They have acknowledged but wanted acknowledgement of duly discharged Certificate. The Integrated Enterprises Ltd., issued hand written copy of the Acknowledgement in their printed format which is not traceable. That branch at Thousand Lights, Chennai also closed later. My efforts to the Company Law Board is of no avail. Why not they settle on the strength of the indemnity bond.
