[Resolved]  DD Motors — Car given for servicing towed and impounded by MCD

TO WHOME IT MAY CONCERN:

A Dezire car No DL 9C BB 0898 was given for routine servicing 11/08/2023 yet not delivered back already 6 long days have exhausted. It gives me immence pain and agoney to inform that Your staff if hugely careless and do illegal activities. I have been informed that Car has been towed and impounded by MCD. WHY ??

I am a senior citizen retired from IR as DCEn and live in Sonepat IRWO colony and came Delhi for satisfactory car servicing from your workshop.

I am being humiliated/ painfully exhausted, physically and mentally tortured by DD staff as well as MCD staff posted at Raja garden office. I am running pillar to post and all my efforts are in vein, No one ie ready even to listen.on contacting them they disconnect the call.
Due to continuous harassment by everyone to whom I should
approach for help. I have left no option but to go to appropriate authorities to lodge complaint/FIR.
