Greetings from Shamita!

We have purchased a vehicle IGNIS ALPHA (UK07FT3315) from DD Motors, Ajabpur Khurd, Haridwar Bypass Road, Dehradun, UK on agreed amount.

They asked RTO expense amount for Rs.79, 524/- but provided document for Rs.75, 540/- so a difference of Rs.3, 984/- noticed at our end.

They asked INSURANCE expense amount for Rs.31, 680/- but provided document for Rs.29, 424/- so a difference of Rs.2, 256/- noticed at our end.

On repeated calls and emails, no satisfactory reply from the said Showroom received.

This is the complaint for Rs.6, 240/- excess paid and no response.

    I'm very despondent n disappointed to describe that I have purchase a dezire tour vehicle from DD Motors Mayapuri. As I have submitted all the money by 11 February 2024 but till date I have asking them for fitness and RC papers. They have ask for cash payment About Rs 32.000 INR for which I haven't received any bill or something for this work particularly otherwise only but still I am just calling them and this is very dishearten and sadness. I have purchased the vehicle on finance to which I' have to pay 18000 /-INR installment on 5th of March please provide me with the solution and a compensation.

      I have purchased a ner Alto k10 VXi+ Car on 8 Dec 2023 from DD Motors Showroom Uttarkashi(Only in City), Uttarakhand. After some days i found that the bonnet from driver side was not properly fixed and there is a large visible gape. There is no hit
      or push mark on entire car. When i visited the showroom/Service Centre for the resolution for the said problem, the behaviour of manager namely Mr. Vinod Gaur is to rude. Still i did not find the solution from company end.

        I had taken my Swift car Regn. No: DL8CAX4948 to DD Motors, Mundka Delhi on 29th Aug. 2023 to change the clutch plate of my Swift car, When I put my car to DD Motors they told that it will cost around Rs7000/- to Rs. 8000/-, when service is over they told me that the total bill is Rs. 10000/- and we gave you 1000 discount and you have to pay Rs 9000/-,
        But then I talked to the concerned person he said we can give you Rs 250/- more discount not more than this and than they charged Rs. 8765/-, but the car I took was so dirty and full of dust inside, it was shocking that it is not real DD Motors, it's really unbelievable that this car came from DD Motors in this condition. Than I told all this to the customer care officer, she said that we will send someone on Monday 4th Sep. 2023 to clean the car, and promise that in future we will take care of such mistakes, but now they are not answering on my phone and no one bothered to contact me for the cleaning and payment of repairs. please take an action about the matter.

            Car given for servicing towed and impounded by MCD

            A Dezire car No DL 9C BB 0898 was given for routine servicing 11/08/2023 yet not delivered back already 6 long days have exhausted. It gives me immence pain and agoney to inform that Your staff if hugely careless and do illegal activities. I have been informed that Car has been towed and impounded by MCD. WHY ??

                Hi DD motors (Narela) staff behavior is very rudely they dont provide CX satisfaction.very cheap service by DD motors
                I want purchase a new Swift Dezire so I visited Narela DD motors some one from DD motors staff take my vehicle key for moving my car from parking area unfortunately he damaged my card window handle. When I told why u broke my car handle he missbehave and told me he didnt do any thing u have to complaint any where.
                Such a very bad experience with DD motors staff now I never purchase any vehicle from DD motors

                        My car NO.DL8C AN 9216 Maruti CIAZ was lodged at Workshop of DD Motors, Industrial Area, Wazirpur on 17.11.2022 for repairs caused because of an accident on 12.11.2022. It took my lots of efforts and approaching various channels to convince the surveyor deputed by the Insurance Company to understand the authenticity of damages and allow repair/replace the damaged parts. The surveyor initially allowed repair of front bumper and replacement of right fender and the left side damages and left rear view mirror were totally ignored. I had to take up the matter with the Insurance Company, who were kind enough to understand and allowed the replacement of left mirror. It took more than a week to arrange this mirror and finally the vehicle was delivered to me on 2.12.2022. In between on my request the vehicle was sent for servicing at DD Motors servicing center based at another nearby point.

                        When I went for taking delivery of the vehicle I noticed the shabby work done to the vehicle and pointed out to the concerned persons. To mention a few ... there were visible scratches on front bumper which was allowed by the surveyor for repairs, small small dots/stains all around the body of the vehicle etc. etc.

                        Further, on checking the bill I found that I was charged for three items, which were given to me only after my pointing out to them. These items were Paper floor mat, Lemon Gel Perfume and Microfibre cloth.

                        I was quite upset when I noticed that my mobile stand which was fixed on stearing, was missing. I pointed out this to the staff sitting at the counter, who checked the photographs of the vehicle and agreed that it was there at the time of handing over the vehicle. I even talked to Mr.Sood, GM on phone and brought the lapses to his notice. The concerned staff could not locate the missing mobile stand and I had to take back my vehicle, since it was already more than three hours and I was getting late.

                        This kind of poor service/workmanship is beyond anyone's tolerance and bring a bad name of a renowned company like DD Motors which had been my only and favourable place of servicing of my vehicles for more than 15 years.

                          Hi Sir/Madam,
                          I purchased the new maruti DZIRE ZXI AGS Regn no. DL9CAN5460 on 21/08/2017. Since then, I am getting it regularly serviced from DD Motors Nangli Sakrawati. Due to Covid and work from home scenario, the car has only completed 25000 KM in last 5 years. The last service was done in May 2022. I had been observing some sound in steering but thought balancing and alignment has been done so could be because of that. Then I felt more hardness last month so called the service supervisor. As it was 6pm in evening, he suggested to come on weekdays but I had office commitment in weekdays and found time on 2nd Sept (Saturday). I visited the service centre where I was told that Steering has issues. They checked the warranty status and advised me that its warranty got expired on 21st August 2022 just 10 days prior to my visit. The supervisor said he'll put my case in front of seniors to see if it can be fixed in warranty itself. He acknowledged that I had been a loyal customer, getting my car serviced regularly. I checked later with the supervisor where he mentioned that seniors denied my request. I am really disappointed. The issue was there in the car, i wonder why service guy did not advised me earlier that it had issue. Were they waiting to get the warranty over?

                          I would like to request the higher authority to consider my case and get the steering issue covered in warranty.

                              This is regarding negligence that I have faced during my car service which i have got done on 8th April 2022 from DD motors service center (Wazirpur).
                              I have taken the option of pick n drop n trust me that was the worst experience of my life. I have specifically told them the issues other than service and he also noted down on worksheet but advisor didn't even bother to look at the problems only basic service has been done that's it. After that at the time of billing advisor told me that i have some loyalty points and I can redeem them for extra discount so i agreed n they have sent me otp which i haven't received n he told me that there is some problem in my phone i agreed n restart my phone but haven't received any otp other than this i have received all otp's from their side. but they didn't agreed that actual problem was from there end and it’s been 3 days it’s still not resolved and i didn't even got my bill. In d end when i told pressure them that send my car back as it was already very late from the time which they have committed. his manager called me that there is no driver available that was the most worst excuse I heard because 5 minutes earlier i had a word with the advisor he told me car n driver is ready. Lastly I told them to send card machine then didn't send card machine too. so many blunders in a single day now I want my points to get redeemed and problems which i have told them to get resolved ASAP.

                                Sir, on 21 March 2022, we sent our vehicle number UK 07 BF 9156 to DD Motor Lalpur Chowk for servicing and checking, we talked to Mr. Rahul Joshi present there on the phone on this subject and the suggestions given by him. We asked to change and also Mr.Rahul informed us that your car will be available again by the evening of 22nd but this morning he informed us that some spare parts for your car are not available here and we will procure from Ashoka Motor and also informed that we will not give bill you for some of these items. he told us if you want this car tomorrow then you should get service without bill, Otherwise, your car will take at least 7 to 8 days here, so I request you to take prompt action on this matter, and in future this should not happen with any other customer.
                                Is it possible in your organization that you can put spare parts on a car without billing, if possible you need to think about that too

                                  Undue harassment, unethical malpractices and poor workmanship by DD Motors, service station Kirti nagar2

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I am constrained to inform that DD motors Service centre at Kirti Nagar is engaging in harassment and unethical malpractices and has caused undue trauma to me and has been engaging in misleading and false assurances.

                                  I had purchased Maruti Nexa Beleno vehicle bearing no. DL9CAN 0356 and was regularly being serviced at DD motors.

                                  The vehicle has run only about 444000 km. I had some problem with clutch and therefore requested for repair and service of the vehicle. The vehicle was picked up by the driver of DD motors on 5.3.2022.

                                  The vehicle was inspected by Mr. Suresh Anand and no other defect was pointed out except for repair of clutch, though it is doubtful that at 40000 thousand clutch needs replacement. But as per their advice, I agreed for repairs and paid Rs.19611/- only and vehicle was delivered at my residence on 6/3/2022. (Copy of bill attached)

                                  At the time of delivery, it was observed that rear camera of vehicle was not working, immediately the same was informed to driver who had been deputed to deliver vehicle on the spot and same was conveyed to Mr. Suresh Anand, advisor attached with vehicle, who informed that this may be due to water entering in camera, during washing at the time of servicing, and

                                  The game of harassment ensued.

                                  Mr. Suresh advisor asked/forced me to bring the vehicle to workshop (it is to place on record that I had never visited workshop due to paucity of time and always driver of DD motors picked the vehicle). I took the vehicle to workshop on 7th march, 2022 and it was informed after examination by technician that water has entered in the camera and you please keep the vehicle under sunlight for 2 days and camera will start working ( in retrospect a very funny advice).

                                  However, in good faith I waited for two days and when camera did not work, I again contacted Mr. Suresh advisor, who informed that he will be on leave and shared the moblie no. of Mr. Kamal, Manager service station.

                                  He was also not available in workshop on Thursday and was not responding to phone call, later his daughter picked up the phone and informed that father has left the phone at home, though later on it was informed by Mr. Kamal that he was out of station.

                                  Mr. Suresh again requested to visit workshop on Saturday, 12th march, 2022.

                                  I again visited the workshop on Saturday and met Mr. Kamal, who informed me that the staff here is not trained in camera installation ( though it is very surprising, a fact that needs verification at your end and) and discussed the matter with GM sales at DD motors, Punjabi Bagh and it was decided that on Monday the vehicle will be picked up by driver and repair/replacement will be carried out at Punjabi Bagh.

                                  But, on Monday 14th march, DD motors Kirti nagar refused to pick up the vehicle on the plea that they have only two drivers, in spite of my call which has been entered in their register for pick up ( can be verified by record). This was just to harass me so that I may not insist for repairs.

                                  I lodged a telephonic complaint to DD motors customer care and the I got a call from Ms. Priyanka of DD motors and now they were ready to pick the car, but since it was late in the evening ( you can feel my helplessness), it was decided that vehicle will be picked up on Tuesday.

                                  The vehicle was picked up by driver on 15th march and it was taken to DD motors for repair/replacement of Camera as promised by Mr. Kamal and mutually agreed by both the GMs.

                                  But surprisingly, I got a call that camera could not be repaired at Punjabi Bagh and he has taken the vehicle to Kirti nagar workshop for replacement of camera.

                                  He further informed that Mt. Kamal is not in office and I may contact him telephonically.

                                  I contacted Mr. Kamal, who informed that he is not in office and will revert back, which he never did.

                                  I contacted him again and he informed that the camera lens is damaged and he does not have rear camera in the stock and further informed that it will cost me[protected] which I have to pay.

                                  When it was brought to his notice that the damage has been caused at his workshop due to poor technique of servicing, he informed that he is helpless and he may have to take up the matter with his higher ups and it will take two, three days for a decision to replace the camera.

                                  I have narrated these facts to bring to your notice the callousness on part of service Centre staff and cover-up on their lapses to harass a customer and to extract the money from the customer by fleecing him and engaging in unethical practices.

                                  My pertinent issues for your kind consideration are:-

                                  1. To train the staff in vehicle service so that damage due to water can be avoided which can be done by simply tapping the camera.

                                  2. GM service station to apologize me for the undue harassment due to false promises on number of occasions.

                                  3. Advisor, Mr. Suresh's records be scrutinized and if needed he be either trained and retrained both in technical as well as humanistic aspects and if he is not amenable he be replaced for better efficiency and to maintain good name which Maruti has earned over the period. It is pertinent to mention whenever he is the advisor lapses occurs in repairs, to this testimony I am attaching two apology letters issued by DD motors in the past related to service. You are a big company and must be maintaining records of vehicle repairs and grievance redressal, please check records of my vehicle to understand the malicious and targeted victimization

                                  4. Used parts of clutch repair have not been returned to me, and a doubt has been created in my mind about genuineness of repairs, therefore CCTV footage of repairs be checked or third party inspection be carried out of my vehicle which I am sure will open pondara box and corrupt malpractices at DD Motors.

                                  5. And last but not the least the camera may be replaced at company's cost as damage has been carried out at their workshop, had it not been so I may not be advised to visit the workshop on three occasions. Res ipsa loquiter in legal terminology says facts speak for itself and the facts narrated above can be verified at your end.

                                      I have cancelled a booking for Wagon R VXI model. I have requested here for refund multiple times but there is responsible person for telling the date of refund.
