I am a ladies driver, i send my car for repairing on insurance on 8 november 2019 when i came on 16 november 2019, i found my car in very dirty condition, my car battery and radio is not working and staff member refused to do anything, they also rejected my rs. 1000 coupon and said only rs. 500 can be used
The attitude of of staff members are also so rude. They also has not done denting and painting of my car which is mentioned in the bill

I hv submited insurance policy amount but still i hv not received insurance policy for the last one 10 days and not responding this is my last insurance from this company

    Complaint regarding irresponsible staff & worst service

    Dear sir,
    With this letter i would like to inform you about my worst experience with d. D. Motors at peera garhi branch on 12.11.19. I visited your service centre on 12.11.19 for my car service having registration no. Dl4cax-8444. Mr naveen dabas (Supervisor) attend me and i explained all the problems about my vehicle like sound in back, average etc and he mentioned all the problems in job card no. Jc19022369 and giving me surety that all the problems will be sort out positively.
    After washing, my car was sent to workshop but after some regular services, my car still giving sound in back. I told regarding this matter to service man but he ignored me, and after pressurized by me he was agreed to take test drive and after test drive he found sound in my vehicle.
    After checking he told me that your cars back cylinder ring is damaged and this part is not available in work shop. What is the fun? Why the part is not available in authorised service centre? He was not able to give any satisfactory answer, and then i asked about my car average, he told me that your car’s average is ok without any testing.in between mr naveen dabas is not available for any help.

    After servicing, my car was handover to me without any cleaning, i have to stand there during all the works from starting till the end. Nobody came to me for any help or any discussion. So please look into this matter and give my money back & take necessary steps against your irresponsible staff mr naveen dabas to save your image in the market. This is a total waste of money because i came back home with all the previous problems in my car.

    This was not expected from a well known company (Maruti). My experience is very worst with maruti service centre. Thus kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest.

      Team.

      I bring to your kind notice that i gave my ciaz car, whose registration no is, dl14 cd6959 to dd motors mayapuri delhi for 4th periodic service dated on 26-10-19. Whatever problem i felt, i had told all that to the advisor, the total bill was of inr8846 and i paid it.
      As nobody checked the service quality of my car and handover it to me, when i was going home, i realized that the steering and tire of the car are not in sync. Which could be a reason for accident during driving in high traffic. So i instantly came back from home that was 8km from workshop and discussed the issue with dd motor staff, it was strange for me that all were ready to go home and none of staff was willing to take my issue. I waited then one of the engineer came and checked my vehicle. He opened the steering cover and did some settings but alignment was still out of sync, he confirmed that wheel alignment and wheel balancing also not done properly as syncing was totally out. All need to be checked again to sync with tyres rotaion and this is time taking activity. Also told that there is 2 days holiday so we cannot repair your car and you have to come after 2 days beacuse staff are going to home as time had 6.30pm. I tried to contact with higher staff of dd motors but no one attended my calls. I had to go to himachal to celebrate festival with my parents but i can't go with my car because of the alignment and battery issue, i talked with local cab agency and they were asking for 10k rupees so who will pay for this.

      *shame on dd motors maya puri delhi team as they are just looting customer's money.*

      @maruti team - please look into this issue on priority and put dd motors mayapuri in blacklist category if they will not take this matter seriously.

      Note - i will raise this issue on consumer forum and other concerned channels if my issue remained unattended and no quick solution is provided.

      I have below questions.

      1)- i paid full amount of inr 8846 then why the pathetic service was done?.

      2)- i have lost 6 hrs and still i cannot use my car. Who will compensate to me for this?.

      3)- i am bound to pay 10k rupees to local cab driver to go himachal. Who will pay for that amount?.

      4)- can you assure me that rest activities got done in right way like, engine oil change, filter cleaning, electricle timing checking, filter cleaning & change etc?.

      5)- car battery having some issue and your team is suggesting to keep the car in service center for 2 days to check the battery issue even battery is in warranty. What's a managment of dd motors.

      Because of your pathetic service i am ought to lose 18846 ruppes.= service + himachal tour.

      In Okhla dd motors all insurance advisor not doing proper work and they don't have the correct knowledge .

      Kindly do something about it as soon as possible,

        Hi,
        This is regarding the complaint for the body shop work completed on 11th july 2019. I have changed my front wind shield. However in the first rain the water was following from the middle of the screen. There is some issue of the pasting of the wind shield and due to water following inside the car. My music system and inside lights are not working.

        I complaint this to dd motors they told me they will arrange call and solve the issue. But till date no action taken by them. I will suggest everyone it's better to have service and other things from outside or magic auto which provide better service
        If you guys don't have the time to resolve the issue please don't sale your product in market.

          I bought the maruti dzire car vxi model on 11th march'2019 having registration number dl-8c-at 6214 from dd motor wazirpur branch.

          1) i visited for 1st due service then my pen drive and other material were stolen, 2) second time i told the service engineer about break shoe when they claimed they have placed with new set of break shoe.
          3) in few days i again approached the branch and customer care that break shoe are still making noise, i was asked to visit again. I visited and they just cleaned up and said everything is fine now and i was assured that no problem will some now onward.
          4) now again i am facing same issue, there is noise in break shoe. I believe dd motor has handed over me faulty car and this should be either re-placed with new one or compensate immediately for harassment and make the damages good.

          Who will be held responsible if any thing goes wrong with me of my family.

          I sending copy of this message to maruti suzuki also about their behavior.

            People from dd motors are actually deaf and dumb. I got my car insurance renewed from dd motors in spite of sharing rc with them they issued a policy with wrong registration number my car number is :- dl12cn4343 they mentioned on policy dl2cn4343. This is how they work. Now i have been asking for revised policy they are giving lame excuses even the heads are not bothered to resolve customer issue.

            I would like to raise a high strict complain against priya and bhanu sharma and shweta and pooja from insurance department for misguiding and mis behaving with me on phone.

              I have purchased maruti suzuki celerio vxi on 27-apr-2018 on the exchange of my old maruti zen lxi. I was holding car insurance for my zen which was bought from maruti dd motors, mayapuri only from where i purchased my new car. I was not told by the sales executive, mr. Shahil/shasikant that i have a option of transferring my existing insurance into my new one. That way i could have saved at least rs.7-8000/-, instead they routed me for buying a new insurance from maruti, mayapuri. As a customer, we are not aware of such procedure/offers but as an advisor/sales executive it is always expected to advise honestly and ethically. So due to this unethical dealing i have been loser of rs. 7-8000/- of my hard earned money!
              I have expressed my concern several times to the callers whoever call me for renewal of my existing insurance policy. There is no action, no feedback, no fix till date!

                मेरी गाड़ी आगे के बम्पर से लग गयी थी । अभी सिर्फ 4 महीने ही हुए है । पटेल नगर देहरादून वाले सर्विस सेंटर ले गया था गाडी को । 1 महाने में गाड़ी बन कर आई । लेकिन गाडी का बिल 66600 कुछ रुपये का बना है । और उसके बाद भी गाड़ी में 66600 का कोई भी काम नही दिख रहा । सब कुछ पुरना डेंट पेन्ट कर के वही लगा दिया । गाड़ी का आगे का बम्पर अभी भी पूरा नही लग रहा है । हेड लाइट अच्छे से फिट नही किया है । और फोगलेम्प भी अच्छे से फिट नही किये । इतनी महंगी गाड़ी ले के क्या फायदा जब जब काम ही बढ़िया नही होना । सर्विस सेंटर के work shop से अच्छा तो बहार के डेन्टर पेंटेट से काम करवा लो । वो भी इन से अच्छा काम करते है । 66600 हजार का बिल बना कर कंपनी को चुना लगा रहे है । ये work shop वाले और उनके boss जो भी है कि ये अच्छ काम नही work shop का । गाड़ी का काम गाड़ी मालिक के सामने होना चाहिए । जिससे वो भी satisfaction रहे । " पर मुझे लगता है कि इसमें भी लिख कर के भी काम नही होगा"

                  I gave my car for cng fitment in dd motor kirti nagar and they installed the kit in my car which is not working properly in car and i complaint against it in the cng department of car but no legal action has been taken they are ignoring the car and its problem and they dont want to resolve the problem. I am facing this problem from last one month....

                  I purchased the maruti brezza in the month of may from your showroom and complaint about the headlights on which i m keep on getting the issue of moisture and the same was replaced by you but still i m facing the same issue and calls to your customer care but haven't got any positive revert from your end. If you guys don't have the time to resolve the issue please don't sale your product in market.

                    Hi team,

                    I wanted to renew my insurance for vitera breeza so i called dd motors peeragarhi 3 times to get a quotation for insurance and was assured that i will receive a call back. However, the call back was never arranged.

                    I have been a maruti user for last 15 years but this kind of service was never expected.

                    Next time i would think twice before i buy a maruti.

                            In this offer we were given sony music system whic is not funtionaing properly and as such i had requested sales executive to get it changed moreover i do not want cd supported
                            Please also provide the list of items covered in this kit

                              I had visited dd motors (Wazirpur) few days back for my complete ac service of swift.

                              After the service the headlights were not switching on also the cooling of ac is not upto the mark. I had asked the respective person to pick it up from my home but there was no response.

                              Is this what maruti claims?

                              Also i had mailed them about the issue hoping they would reply anytime soon.

                              If that is the kind of service they offer i guess it is hightime that we stop buying maruti cars and stick better manufacturers.

                              Today the car was being picked up and the engineer was explaining that it was because of our fault that the headlights stopped working and now we have to pay 18k rs for this. As I mentioned it was working earlier before getting serviced so why would I pay for your fault . Pls explain Mam/Sir.

                                  Gave car on 21st june for denting and painting under insurance cover, got response about serveyor's report on 26th june 2018. While i was told to take car after one week. But i was not satisfied by the dealing assistant i asked modification. I was told things will be discussed with surveyor will be informed immediately but i am sorry to say till now i have not got any call.

                                    On 06-6-18 my car was got accident from bonnet, i send it for claim to DD MOTOR, Peera garhi on 08-6-18. They commit me to return my car approx. 20-6-18.
                                    on 20-06-18 they call me and tell that my car was damage( dikki, dikki glass and bumper) by their employee by
                                    mistak. and they will get it repair by their on ( new dikki, new glass, new bumper) without any cost. out of my insurance.
                                    but now the matters of depreciation on my car ecco "whose bear it".
                                    its all their fault not my. why should i bear it?
                                    i complaint you on toll free no. on 21-06-18 about all matter .But still no action is taken by you .
                                    now i want that they will get it repair by their on ( new dikki, new glass, new bumper) without any cost charge to me and also out of my insurance.
                                    and also in compensation they give me Rs. 75000/-.
                                    or
                                    otherwise they will purchase my car ecco 5str ac in Rs. 3, 25, 000/-.

                                    i hv only one car, i m to face lots of problem.
                                    please i request you to take necessary action against it. so that i got my car as earlier as possible .

                                      Hi,
                                      I have a swift dzire number hr31h/9811 which i gave to body shop dehradun patelnagar branch for repair after an accident on 18th jan 2018. First, after 10 days i have been told that the insurance claim has yet to be finalised and would take some time. After the insurance investigator came and the claim was successfully filed then i was told to deposit certain amount as advance. I then deposited ₹15000 as advance payment on 2nd feb 2018. I have been told that the vehicle would be ready by 15-16 feb. Its 19th feb today and when i went to the body shop to check the status of the repair i found out the vehicle is in the same condition as the day i saw it on 2nd feb while depositing the advance.
                                      Its been over 1 month that i have given my vehicle for repair and i am facing too much problem and financial loss due to the unavailability of my vehicle. So, i request you to please take some action regarding this so that i can get my vehicle as soon as possible.
