DDA — cannot login using my credentials

I applied for the dda housing scheme, and my application number is 904486

I plan to surrender my allotment as i am not interested in the category of flat allotted to me.
Please if you could let me kno what was the phone number i have entered, as the dda website does not recognise my phone number.
