Deal At Once — Fraud Transaction using Credit Card details in name of Reversal of Reward point

Sir we got call fromphone call from No. +[protected] as ICICI Debit/ Credit Card PayBack Department. They informed me that my credit card reward points worth Rs.9000 will expire today, as i have not used the reward points long time. They offered me to provide the gift worth Rs. 6999 and they told that credit card details to share so that gift can be send to your place Also they promised that they will revert that deducted amount into my account in the next billing cycle. Some after time there is a call from + [protected] (dealatonce representative) for the gift details. They have completed IVR Transaction with details of credit card. I Was recieved the gift of 6999 according to their combo plan gong on at www.dealatconce.com . Later I confirmed from ICICI customer representative that they are fraud people and debited Rs. 6999 from my account. Later when i called them they assure me to return the products and then they will refund back the amount to my Credit card in next 7 days. But they didnt not refunded back . Now they have switched this phone no whidh is displayed at web site. They have well managed track system . When you say your mobile number they tell us the complete details of transaction .I have the confirmation mail recieved of refund of amount. And also screen shot of whom name and what address the deal at once is registered and courier copy of goods returned.
