Deal Club Sale — I didn't get refund of my order which is about 60$. its not an indian company, they deducted in dollars

This must be a fraud company. I made an order and it was never delivered to me, also they never answered my calls or messages. FRAUD ... DEAL CLUB SALE

I ordered 1 Zoom lens, when confirming the credit card, there was an error, also a second time, and then I had 3 zoom lenses on my account. Further they charge Tax for Export Orders + shipping, but they don't show it on the confirmation page until it is paid!

Support doesn't answer!

order my hair brush and it stated delivery date May 23rd to May 27th. And I have yet to received my goods. Price was $29.95 but have deduct from my account S$84.40. I think this is a fraud company too

I am facing this problem too.

I bought a hair brush on the 6th of May. And on the 18th May, i received a shipping confirmation
email from them but under the tracking number, there is no links or no tracking number.
Therefore, I have written another email on the 25th May requesting for a tracking number.
I got an automatic reply which is quoted as below:

Today is the 2nd of July, I have yet to receive my product, tracking number, or any reply from them.
I tried calling that number and it doesnt work.
Customer service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week? there is no reply even after more than 1 month.

am similarly situated with you guys. i cancelled my order because they billed me more than the agreed price. but until now they did not return/refund my payment. am wishing a negative karma to those behind this scam. will there soul will never rest in hell forever..😥😥😥

Yo también compre mi cepillo alisados por 29.00 y me cobraron como 80.00 que por gastos de envío aparte me cobraron una cuota que por ser miembro de ahí como por 3o.oo y que cada mes me iban a descontar esa cantidad por ser miembro de su club, es un fraude desde el 12 de mayo pedí mi cepillo y hasta la fecha no me ha llegado, envío correos y se me regresan diciendo que esa dirección no existe, pero como dijo alguien en el chat, así les ha de ir y se pudrirán en el infierno, pues a todas esas personas fraudulentas al final del día nunca les va bien, el universo se encarga de ponerlas en su lugar.

exactly the same situation as those mentioned above :( Very disappointed. I think it's a fake company. Ordered a perfect hairbrush. Showed 28 USD but I was chared 48 USD. Product has not been delivered till now and no response to my emails! :(

Fraud Company! I didnt receive any product giving me a tracking number but no attached such tracking no., Been sending them emails since May2017 but no reply i tried sending email again but the email was bounce back to me. The amount that i shd pay is $29.95 only they deduct on my credit card converted to usd was $95.96. BEWARE of company like this. Hope KARMA will get to you as fast as it gets!

Hace 1 año les realicé una compra de Lentes Flux HD Zoom de Alto Rendimiento.
El número de orden fue #2205003, el envío me llegó sin problemas, pero desde entonces a mi tarjeta de crédito llega un cargo a nombre de CHIEFSAVE [protected] con valor de 9.17 USD como que estuviera suscrito a alguna página.
No sé como eliminar eso, si me pueden ayudar se los agradezco mucho.
