I have ordered realme u1 64 gb worth rs.13500 on 6th jan ... On 11th jan i received a mail that my order has reached local hub but i have not received the order yet .. I have sent a mail to them on 16 jan that my i have not received the order yet ... They replied that they have lost all the data nd asked me to send the order nd payment confirmation screenshot ... I did so ... Tgey said that i'll receive the refund shortly (within 3-5 ) days ... But i have not received the refund yet...

I lodged complaint in
https://consumerhelpline.gov.in
And install voxya app from play store and lodge the complaint..

I also ordered realme2 for rs 10990/- on Jan 9, on Jan 11 they sent an mail to me that order was arrived to hub and deliver you in short time . But on 16 I sent an email to them regarding this issue they replied that some virus attacked the system and malware was found in system so all data is deleted. And please send your UPI I'd and transaction ID we will send you money within 3-5days, I sent all screen shots to them but no response and reply from them..
Will I get my money back

I tried to toll free number more than 100 times but phone was not connected..
