We have lodge police complaint against dealbeams company on dtd. 05.02.2019 at wadala police station mumbai.

Till now we have not received mobile against this order no. 17292 / 10.01.219 product realme 2 (4gb ram & 64 gb rom } diamond blue. Payment made rs 10, 990/-

Neither payment nor amount has been returned.

We had received confirmation from dealbeams.com on...

I am requesting to you, all o[censored]s who lost money by placing order in dealbeams.com should create a whatsapp group. We should all unite together & share the views so that we should resolve the issue... We should leave this easily, we should fighte until our money get refunded...

I ordered realme2 (3/32) on 8/1/19
But it did not come. I paid rs 8490 &got 10% discount rs 849 to [protected]@uco.in transit is shown on my tracking... Idesperately communite with them but failed and emailed them and waiting. 19/01/19 an email come to apolige and asking to my transaction detailed for refund as they lost their data. I did so. 3-5 days was the refunding time they asked. But till i am waiting... Please help......

I have ordered a mobile phone realme u1 (4gb, 64gb) at 6th of jan it is supposed to be delivered at 5-7 working days it means 13th of jan but i have didn't receive my phone till now. I have send a mail a dealbeams official website at 17th jan then they replied that we have lost our whole data about delivery. Pls give screenshot your transaction i'd and order i'd as well. I did the same. Then they we will refund your money within 3-5 working...

I had bought a phone on the website (https://www.dealbeams.com/) on 7-jan-2019 and was told that it will be delivered in 4-5 days. It been more than 15 days and i have not received the product.

I have ordered realme u1 64 gb worth rs.13500 on 6th jan ... On 11th jan i received a mail that my order has reached local hub but i have not received the order yet .. I have sent a mail to them on 16 jan that my i have not received the order yet ... They replied that they have lost all the data nd asked me to send the order nd payment confirmation screenshot ... I did so ... Tgey said that i'll receive the refund shortly (within 3-5 ) days...
