I have ordered a mobile phone realme u1 (4gb, 64gb) at 6th of jan it is supposed to be delivered at 5-7 working days it means 13th of jan but i have didn't receive my phone till now. I have send a mail a dealbeams official website at 17th jan then they replied that we have lost our whole data about delivery. Pls give screenshot your transaction i'd and order i'd as well. I did the same. Then they we will refund your money within 3-5 working days. Neither i am get my phone nor refund till date. The main problems is that toll free number of dealbeams is not working.
