dealextreme — No refund

Last week I purchased phone from dx.com.But as soon as I placed the order I cancelled it.The order status at that time was PAYMENT PROCESSING.Even though I cancelled my order I was charged for the Phone.I requested for a refund and DX told me that I would receive a refund within 3-7 days.After few days it said Refund succeeded.I checked my bank account and I have received no money from DX.com.I haven't got the Refund yet.I have been trying to contact Customer Service but due to some issues i'm not able to.The refund period has been expired and still no money. PLEASE HELP ME !...

I am very much sorry from dealextreme. Because they refunded. But I sent a lot of message to customer seller for refund and they gave me replyr late and ı was angry for late answer, althought I got back my money and they was kind
