No refund

Last week I purchased phone from dx.com.But as soon as I placed the order I cancelled it.The order status at that time was PAYMENT PROCESSING.Even though I cancelled my order I was charged for the Phone.I requested for a refund and DX told me that I would receive a refund within 3-7 days.After few days it said Refund succeeded.I checked my bank account and I have received no money from DX.com.I haven't got the Refund yet.I have been trying...

Nothing Received after 60 days

On February 4th I ordered 2 SD cards & paid using Paypal. Dealextreme promised me a delivery in maximum 2 weeks.
On march 5th, a month after paying the goods I still had nothing at my door so I started a claim on Paypal. After that I got this email from DX:


Dear customer,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. But we can not refund you because you have opened a dispute, in that case...

Ordered Item not received

i have ordered a USB/3*AAA Powered Twilight Turtle Night Light Star Projector on 2/21/2012 2:02:36 PM from http://support.dealextreme.com/ and they send a mail that, product is shipped. but till now am not received the product. i have open many tickets with Deal Extreme but till now there is no proper response from the seller....
