Dealhatke — defective smart watch not being replaced.

I ordered a smartwatch but it was defective. When i tried to contact the customer care there is no such number mentioned.

Updated by Xavier Miranda I ordered Smartwatch and got a defective one. I tried to contact the customer care but the numbers are not functional. I want to send this product back for replacement but no one is picking the phone or assisting me. I send an email but there is no response.

Ashley Melder's response Found no use with the deal Buy One get One Free. Received one of the two faulty ( no Light ) the other one lights but mosquitoes are not effected. I had immediately complained from my mobile, but no reply had I received.

If the gadgets work, then replace it or refund the amount.

Today I received my order and found that the knee pads so ordered are of very small size and I am unable to use. I shall be grateful if you would please arrange to replace the items and please arrange to provide the double Large size other than so delivered. Please do the needful.
