Purchased mosquito killer on 27.08.19, received on 30th. Due to very poor quality & ineffective, complaint for refund on 06th. Company reply states 48 hrs. Of refund policy. Since product was so inferior and ineffeftive, lost the faith in the company and their other very limited products. I proposed to send back the product at my cost with a refund of 90% which they refused. As per me, this is a fraud company. No one should deal with dealhatke. Dealhatke no. Is [protected].

I was shipped a used and delapidated water bottle which when i opened up the pack contained the details of a person who has returned it and his account no and address which i would not like to share here. And as i called the delivery boy within 5 minutes he refused to take it back. It is cheat and fraud company and the no given on site is never attended to. Can somebody help in getting my money back or i have to take legal action, it is pathetic that these companies go on cheating people and get away with it too.

I bought smart watch that would not switched on even after charging it for two hours. I paid ₹2298 on delivery. You provided a phone landline) no.[protected] which is always busy that i can not contact you. I want a refund. Please tell me return procedure and get me refunded.

Iam your customer called temesgen erkalo. And i bought your product of anti-theft back pack some days ago. When i tried to use i realized that there is some part which has been teared (Broken) already.
So, it should be replaced with proper one.
And also i haven't provided with the power bank. I also need.
Finally i didn't get what i expected because it's too small and some parts are not available for example pocket at back side what i have seen on your advertising on facebook.

I hope you should take some actions.
