Dealkart India — window 10 pro key

I order window 10 pro key & not receive any key from the dealkart then told me they will provide you tomorrow, i wait for tomorrow then i saw in the evening they send me to refund email & message me on whatsapp. Window 10 key is not available that's why i gave you a refund email. After 10 days i checked my account i have not received any refund. Then i message to dealkart team they told me we will not provide refund to your bank account, we will provide you in the website wallet. This is dealtkart mistake, if they have not any key then why they accept my order, if they accept by any technical issue then why they do not provide me in my bank account. What i do with wallet refund. Fraud company. Please don't purchase any key from them.
