I have made a purchase for Samsung Mobile Power bank worth Rs.6500/- on 25th April 2015 through credit card IVR services. I got a confirmation call regarding my address the following day and I still did not receive my merchandise. In the Delivery Information provided in the website mentioned that I should be receiving any merchandise which was bought within or atmost 15 days but it has been about 20 days that I did not receive my purchased merchandise.
