I just want you guys to know that i am having trouble in purchasing a product from you.
Recently i bought a product and did its payment via online mode but i didn't got its confirmation yet and that is very frustrating.
Please refund my money or give its confirmation as soon as possible that will be your most kindness.

I have placed an order of branded combo of 3 stylish premium shirts from shops shop.com for 699 rupees and was charged an extra 100 rupees for delivery charges even though it mentioned that there is free shipping all over india. I stay in a hostel and my mother received it at home and complained that it was a fake product. She sent me the picture of the bill and where i found that it's not from shoposhop.com but it's from deal bazar. I tried calling to the mobile numbers given[protected], 82 but they are switched off. I am calling to these numbers daily and also mailed them but there is no response. The product code is sku code : 3adfas_xl and product id: oid437759. I order around november 1st and got it on november 10th from dotzot coriour; bar code number[protected].

Please help me in refunding my money back. Et

Its complaint against the travel agency company calleddeals bazaar base at delhi.
Our booking id no: 76/12_2015, dated: 21/12/2015
From them i was cheated, mentally harassed & lost my money too.
I took a package for 6 days thailand tour includes 3 days pattaya & 3 days bangkok for me and my husband. For this package we have paid 41000/ inr - to travel agency deals bazzar.
Right from the air ticket to hotel booking and full package was false.
Our travelling date was 9th (Night) jan 2016 from kolkata to bangkok, as per our package they booked air ticket from thai airways (Booking ref: 7v6y3m)when we reached the airport and enquired about our booking we found that our ticket is false and it was a cancelled ticket.

When we asked to our agent about the ticket mess he replied our ticket was cancelled due to some error with airline, on asking him for booking a fresh ticket mr. Aaditya( our agent ) said mam, i am unable to buy you a new air ticket from delhi and asked us to book the same ourselves and he will refund the amount later on.

Afterward we booked our air ticket from spice jet booking pnr: ye4y8h and the money was paid by us.
When we reach to bangkok airport no one was there from agency or hotel to receive us from bangkok to pattaya (As per our package programmed pickup and drop facility is from agency). After several phone call from airport to mr. Aaditya he pickup my call and said you have to arrange you’re own conveyance and that too in a different country.

When we reach to pattaya by our own conveyance only accommodations at pattaya was confirm from agency, there was no local agent from the agency to look after traveling at pattaya (As per our package program stated as per our agent. He also promised that there will be a local agent who will be taking care of our tour in pattaya and bangkok, but no such agent was there from agency).

Again after several phone call and mail to mr.Aaditya he said he was unable to arrange the same and we were asked to arrange ourselves and the agency will again pay the amount later. Then we booked another travel agent from pattaya for our further process.

Our agent confirmed us that their agency will pay all expenses for the trip as mistake was done from there end. When we reached india we send a mail with full details of expenses for the trip (As per package programming)

When we started asking for rs 62000 (Total recover amount )refund with the agency our agent mr. Aaditya ([protected], [protected] (Operations head) and mr. Rahul basin ([protected]) proprietor of deals bazaar starting ignoring us. Every time the agency came up with new excuses (Bank link down, unable to t/f from net and last excuses was company policy that before 45 days we cannot refund).

Today, it almost more than 3 months till date we have not received any refund from them. Please help us to recover the amount and black list such companies so that they cannot fool others too and cause mental torture to other people like us.

Waiting for your help to get the refund and action against the agency.

dear, sir i am nsirajahamed {[protected]} as i have made on order to purchase some materials on 29.04.2015 at dealsbazaare.com and an amount of rs 6500 has been taken from my credit card and till i have not received any material from dealsbazaare.com so i request you to cancel my order and credit my account as soon as possible yours nsirajahamed

I would like to report a fraud call and transaction. On the 23rd April around 11 am I got a call from +91 [protected] stating they are calling from my Credit Card company HDFC. They asked me why I have never use my rewards points and it will be elapsing. So instead of that they will convert my reward points to a deal voucher / package with DealsBaazare and they confirmed my credit card details and address etc. Then they said they will connect me to DealsBaazare but I should not tell them that I was been transferred from HDFC bank and also if they ask how I will do the payment for the Rs 6500 voucher/package I should not tell them by Reward points and should tell them I will pay with my Credit Card. The reason given is that DealsBazaare wont accept reward points but since they are converting using my reward points so it doesn’t elapse I should not inform the customer care rep from Dealsbaazare. Also I was told my credit limit will be increased to about 1.2 lakhs from next month from the current Rs85000.They then connected me to dealsBaazare.The Deal Baazare rep confirmed all my details and address for shipment of welcome kit which will be delivered in 15 days ( and I still didn’t receive anything till date).Then I kept getting calls from Deals Baazare ( ph : [protected] ) on the same day reconfirming my details again the calls from supposedly HDFC kept calling to check if everything went on fine with Deal Baazare. The moment I got an sms my Credit card was billed Rs 6500, I immediately received a call from supposedly HDFC telling me not to worry this is just to show Deals Baazare I paid with my Credit card and when the delivery man comes deliver the welcome kit, I just have to show him the sms. Also they said don't worry in the next statement that Rs 6500 won’t reflect it will be adjusted with my rewards points. When I got my statement on 4th May and saw I was charge Rs 6500 for Deal Baazare. I called the bank and informed them what happened and they said must have been a fraud call because there is no such thing as reward points elapsing etc. So the bank now has block my card and is investigating this matter. I have email a copy of my complaint and also the dispute form to HDFC already. And today on 15th May I got a call from HDFC from the dispute team asking me what happened. I gave all the details and they told me they will get back to me . My concern here is. Who is behind this fraud.Is it DealsBaazare or HDFC .What surprises me is how did the person who pretended to be calling me from HDFC knows I never used my reward points and how did he know my credit limit will be increased. I also called Dealsbazaare to complain but the lady who picked up was extremely rude and literally shouting at me saying this is my problem why did I agree to their conditions etc. But till date I never got any product. I’m wondering if it is a fraud from both the bank and Dealsbaazare where it’s a win win situation for both of them. The Bank charges my card and I have to pay my credit card bill and Dealsbaazare gets a customer to unknowingly buy their product.

I have made a purchase for Samsung Mobile Power bank worth Rs.6500/- on 25th April 2015 through credit card IVR services. I got a confirmation call regarding my address the following day and I still did not receive my merchandise. In the Delivery Information provided in the website mentioned that I should be receiving any merchandise which was bought within or atmost 15 days but it has been about 20 days that I did not receive my purchased merchandise. Deal Bazaare people call me and asked we are belonging to ICICI credit card department, Share your details then only we can convert your points as gift. You will receive Gift from Deal Bazaare. But They took amount from my credit card 6500 Rs. They send gift Those are not useful for me. I am asking them to exchange at least useful. Please help me on this.

I have ordered for bonanza deal 02 i.e. Rs 6500/- . However, I wanted to cancel the order due to some unavoidable reasons and also in the policy, its clearly mentioned that a customer can cancel his order anytime and all the amount will get refund.However, the customer executive denying about that. Please help me out of this.

Someone from dealsbazaare one Mr. David spoke to me in my number [protected] told they are calling from HDFC credit card section and wanted to send us gifts since I haven't utilised my reward points. Also he told that one time swipe of rs.6500 will be done and once I receive the gift they will credit the amount after getting the receipt. I calf him again told I don't want any gift from the voucher. Pls credit my amount back. Since then no one picks my call. Says they will credit the amount back. Hi u have debited rs.6500 from my credit card getting the card number stating that u are calling from HDFC credit card section. This is actually a cheat. How can u say u r from credit card section also u have debited amount. When I said I do not want any gift u told me amount will get credited before my credit card due date. But till now amount not credited also my due date is today. Need a reply and I want my money back. I got a cal from David who did this. He cald from the number [protected]. Now no one answers my call. When I tell my name they disconnect my call. Pls take necessary action. Or I have to go legally.

On[protected] there was a call from Dealbazaar offering some items at Rs 500/- and forcefully they have debited Rs 6000/- at one stroke to my SBI card No [protected] which is illegal. Moreover even after a lapse of 14 days I have not received any item as promised. Since the amount of Rs 6000/- was forcefully collected from me without my consent and also till date no product item has been deliverd to me even after lapse of 14 days, it is requested to cancel the order and re credit Rs 6000/- to my credit card without further delay. Sir, I have done a transaction of Rs 6000 from credit card dated 26.05.14. I also got address & email verification call on 27.05.14 regarding offer they provided. But till date I didn't receive any email or call regarding courier or cancellation of offer. Also I didn't receive refund of my amount debited form my credit card.
