[Resolved] Dealsnshopping — Not getting my money back till now after paying amount near about rs.273000/-

I am ajay saini, i have paid near about rs.2, 73, 000/- till now from the first day[protected]. And still not getting any surety of getting my money back and the product i received are full of defects and still not getting any solution. For this amount, i have taken personal loan from bank because i was not having this much money but still they are not understanding my problems and just asked me to wait and i think still its not the end here of demanding money.
If anyone is ready to take any action against dealsnshopping then i am with him/her because they cannot imagine how much i have suffered and suffering just because of them, even my family is also suffering. I have a lot to say about them but can't write everything here. If you all are ready then we all together can do something which will be beneficial for other customer and for us also i have a lot of other customer's contact numbers who has cheated like me.

Updated by Ajayengg22 I am Ajay Saini, near about 3-4 months ago DEALSNSHOPPING sent me a diamond jwellery product named Ganesha Rudraksha Pendant (of amount Rs. 1, 20, 000/-) and Heart Shapped Pendant(of amount Rs.35, 550/-) on behalf of my paid amount Rs.83, 098/- with following details:

But When I showed these pendants to my nearest jwellers then he said these pendants are only of amounts near about Rs.15, 000/- to Rs.20, 000/-. Then I showed these pendants to other a lot of jwellers everybody said the same thing even I showed them to Tanishq & Kalyan Jwellers too They also said that we buy or sell only ornaments which only made by us but yet you want to sell it then we can buy it only at a cost of Rs.1000/- to Rs.12000/- and this is the cost of both of the pendants. Then I raise my complaint to DEALSNSHOPPING that I am not getting the price of the pendants as they clarified earlier even I sent them some online website(Bluestone.com & Caratlane.com) links which deals in online diamond jwellery and they are giving the pendants of more and much better specification then DEALSNSHOPPING in a range of Rs.40, 000/- to Rs.50, 000/- with IGI certification too which I got from DEALSNSHOPPING by Rs.155550/-. And its near about 2-3 months has been passed and till now no action has been taken on this query and daily I got only one answer that please wait ...please wait and please wait. I don't know how much more time I have to wait and what are they doing in the company. They have no idea how much I have been affected by DEALSNSHOPPING and under how much loan I am just because of them.

Updated by Ajayengg22 I got i-Phone 6S from DEALSNSHOPPING(Mr. Pawan) as they promised and I am very happy from that. A lot of products complaints are still remaining which they are resolving and also promised to resolve as early as possible. The only problem is that it is a time consuming process.

Please file manual complain to consumer forum court through some agent, my contact number is [protected]. if you want we can all go together for the complain.

Please collect everybody contact number who had post complain against shop n deal and create a watsapp group we will try to do best possible outcome.

i had also paid Rs. 149/- for purchasing product and today they asked me to pay Rs. 13005/- for documents charges but i told them that i will pay after sometime and enquire about the same online and found all your people complaints and surprise to see it is still not resolved
