Prize dept. contacted me in June 2020, with offer of Renault Kwid car prize, if I register an order for Rs. 4999.00.Branded shoe and other products sent for that value, subsequently payments demanded almost every second day, with promise of return of payments along with cash in lieu of car, since it was during covid period.Payment demand continues till date, with promise of return of payments as benefit made along with prize in cash. Twice...

They have given me mixer grinder instead of fruit juicer

Afrer recieve your refund amount (7.1 lac )no dues pending in company and later you will
not be part any contest in our company.

The company named dealsothon has contacted me in 2013 mentioning that my name is selected for toyota etios car prize and asked me to pay a registration fee of 1999, and then they have started all the cheating information.

By saying that they have to generate file for claiming prize they have started collecting money and close to time times they have told teh same reason and collected money totalling to rs 3, 60, 000 *three...

Fashion othon making fraud to customers while collecting money they will first tell to customers after collecting money they will send fake products to customers and they are not releasing security deposit amount to customers they are fully fraud

They are using fake name venkat/ansul/pankaj/arjun shrma/harshita/richa every one are fake to just collect money

Please give this news to media channels at-least remaining customers also dont trust

As per dealsothon company, they were taken my car contest as rs 22000 out of 24845.. When i request them to refund my sbi security deposit, then they were said that they can't be refund my money...
Plz resolve this matter as soon as possible because i am student and i am very need of money for study...

Sir please register the complains regard our situation in india some of the fraud company like this ask to pay some amount for product but it is useless products if we return also amount not refunded please make a serious action for the consumer people like use please do help for us and how to contact the consumer complain people

The company name his dealsothon pvt ltd is also done to fraud with me, they cheat me the name of car contest.

They also take money rs. 302000 regarding car contest, which is fully refundable, but now they also say me go anywhere we will dont refund your amount.

So finally friends, abhi iss company ko reply karne ka time aa gya h, jin ke sath bhi fraud hua h aaj tak...

I registered a complain against fasion othon please kindly recover my money from them i borrowed the amount for interest fo 5 % i pay th cash 24/11/17 Rs.999/- and Rs.4000/- paid and said u selected a combo od shoes, chappal, massage belt, perfume, 3 pc watch in damage condition i got the picture also and another day ask to pay of 25/11/17 Rs.4999 for the contest of samsung 40 inch led tv i ask several times he not sent the product and on 27/11/17 Rs.19854 paid for tv confirmation then he said u won the car contest of ride india deal for confirmation he ask my id and photos all and nxt day ask to pay Rs.15000 for car registration for that u will pay the tax o[censored]r price in ur state and urgently ask to pay Rs.10000 then only the registration will finished for renault kwid car will deliver on dec17 after some day i asking on 11/12 /17 pls refund the amount i no need any price from u pls return the money then he said we cant for nomination of the car registed fees Rs. 19998 paid on 11/12/12 then only i can refund the amt he said then i ask continuously refund every thing i no need any product i will return the parcal i receive i not open he said no it is gift for u
k i refund all amount the banker say to pay of Rs. 19500 then he will send all amount for u my total amount is of Rs 94350 /- i am an middle class family please help me to claim my amount kindly

Respectfully i was complaint about this company last time after few days company resolved my problem with a bad product. But i was accept that product. Because my money trapped that time.
Now company again company fooled me and i have been given to this company 4100/ rs. Till now, this company has robbed a lot of people. Company workers called me that we're filling your file and you will send us your id proofs.
It lures us that we will that we will start a participant on dated 20september 2017 and finally your name has been selected for the car winner so happy you're the lucky winner of our ride india contest.
I have paid many thousands rupees to this company.
After that company's workers using foul word.
Company's workers calling me and says that will you have to be deposited 8000/ rs more. I was told him that you don't told me any other expenditure.
Then they says you need to pay this amount and warned me that we will not refund this money.
If our problem is not resolved in a week. Then we will take help of dgp and cyber police of delhi
I am attaching some images of these.
I have also all voice recordings of these frauds.
So please help us from these frauds.
I hope this company will stop frauds.

I have purchase combo from dealsothon/fashionothon at the time of purchase company has promised that they will be giving a special prize along with combo and that will be dell laptop. But nothing happened after that i complained to consumer court. Then i got call saying we have stopped that offer and you will get refund of your order amounting rs.4299 but nothing has happened till date. Now company had sent me rist watch as special price. From September 2014 to till date I have made transaction worth of Rs. 15 lakhs .Every time Dealsothon promised car and sought money in the name of security deposit and send useless products.Recently they said the contest would be held on[protected], but there is no information regarding that.I would like to know about the contest and status of mine in the cotest.

Like so many i also got cheated by Dealsothon Pvt. Ltd./ Fashionothon (Period from 23rd Aug 2016 to 8th Dec 2016. My name is Hanuman Singh B.

Initially they started with Rs. 4999/- combo Offer and later on they told me that my name got selected for Renault Kwid CAR (In Aug-16) and told me to pay money like Rs. 20K, Rs. 10K and Rs. 40K like that from Aug-16 to Dec-16 they had told me several reasons for money and finally i paid Rs. 8.93 Lac.

Every time i pay they told me that they need to book some material then only POD will be generated and it will be given to prize Dept. From the beginning i was not believing and sent them mails saying that you people cheating and finally you will not give any thing. This was happened till 6 nov. Then they started telling me that we will return your money Rs. 6, 50, 000/- if you transfer further amount. They mesmerized me with their sweet voices and dialogues. Finally now they are saying that what ever the products we have sent (Diamonds Finger Rings SI quality/Ear rings/Applie I Phone 6s and 7S (2 Nos.) etc...) are equal to whatever the amount you have paid and there is a balance of Rs. 1.33 Lac with us. Once you confirm that there is no dues from our side then only we will pay this amount and finally they had sent the cheque for Rs. 20, 000/- (Received on 8th May 2017).

last money i have sent Lawyer notice also. Even then they have not reacted.

I can say out of Rs. 8, 93, 000/- i got hardly Rs. 3, 00, 000/- worth o[censored]seless material and Rs. 20, 000/- cheque.

Please suggest a way to take money from this cheating company.

I have all recorded calls with their executives and all bills (Normal bills not even tax bills).

Totally fraud company. Don't believe on this fake peoples. They were talking very frndly till you will do more n more payments when you oppose him they were talk very roudly. Then give you a assured prise led tv with surety. But i have purchase combo item but not good product and i have purchase one more item rs. 29999. Which is not good and company give a surety you have won a kwid car then say to me deposit rs. 45000. For security puepose. I have deposit same amount. But not give a car till now. So i requested to you that i want to returned all items and give me return my total money. Thanks

One of the agent of www.exclusive.com she called me and said you are selected our company with 5th rank state all india contest and as a lucky customer. I[censored] shopping with rs 3999 in our company thn company will give a combo with prizes. It is dell laptop. I shopped from this company. An agent said 100% you received ur product n prize within 7days but finally after one day so many agent calling me and said i[censored] give 20000 thn company will give prizes. There are different types of agent calling forced to giving money. Fainally they didn't product n prize. This kind of fraud company who are allowed to do this work. So kindly don't do like this to everyone. Give me my products n prizes.
