Hlw I am Somnath. I got a call on 09-Oct-2018 from Dealspoint4u (Janvi Madam). she Said me my number nominated for that company and if i purchase any item above 599/- from their site, i will get a assured gift (Laptop, I-Phone..). then I purchase a Watch worth 849/-. After that Janvi Madam said, I will get a call from their company. Next Day, I got a call from Abinash sir (Dealspoint4u). he asked me that i have to pay half of the GST amount on Gift Amount(78952/-).i.e 9% (half of 18%) of 78952/- = 7105/- then I paid the same from my Credit card through a link http://jsdl.in/JDPay- (Its R B India Marketing). he also said that amount fully refundable and i will get a Mail from Ecommerce Hub and i will get tracking Details. But I did not get any tracking Id. next day 11.10.18 Continuously Calling to that companies number. around 5.30 PM I received another call from Radhna Madam. He asked me that I have to pay an Insurance Amount 15126/-(for First flight Courier). I Told her its not possible. she said its mandatory and after payment i will definitely get courier tracking Number. then i also paid that amount through same link but id difference and after payment i got a mail from ECommerce hub.but i did not receive any tracking Number. On 12.10.18 also i did not get anything. on 13.10.18 Saturday i did not get tracking number. on evening time i got a apologies mail for delay from Ecommerce Hub. on 15.10.18 i received call from Abinash. he told me i have to pay 22256/- for NOC generate, Gift was damaged, thats why gift amount paid to my bank account. and he list down my account details. and i paid 22256/- for NOC genearte through same link. and he promised me after that payment definitely paid whole amount to bank account. but i did not get any amount. now they are saying i have to pay 32700/- for Document update. I refuse to pay. I asked to refund my payment amount, i.e 45336/-. they said if i will get that amount then i have to pay 20000/- for refundable ID create purpose. now what can i Do. I request him many time but they are said its companies rules.
