[Resolved] Dealsstuff.com — mobile online order booked- order cancelled by company but refund not issued | |||||
Dear Sir / Madam, With ref. to the Order booked by myself through website Dealsstuff.com for Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro (Neptune Blue, 128 GB)(6 GB RAM) - on dated 02.06.2019 of Rs. 16499/- which is paid by myself through PAYTM from my Card, I found the Order has been cancelled by dealstuff customer service team on 08.02.2019 due to non delivery area. I Got the message in web site to provide account details for Fund Transfer, which I had updated on 09.6.2019 at 12.53.57 but till now no refund has received. I had a discussion with customer service no on dated 11.06.2019, they confirmed that it will be credited by 4-5 working days from the date of cancellation. Today its been more then 7 working days but no amount refunded. Now since last 3 - 4 days I am triying to call their service centre no. but no is taking calls. Kindly help me to recover my money. Ordered xiomi 4a gold* through Dealstuff site and paid amount *****. After that no response from the company. Even I tried customer care number but no one is there to respond. Kindly help me in getting my money back. Its a huge amount for me.

I have ordered Xiaomi Redmi note 7 pro (Space Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) from Dealsstuff.com on 04/06/2019, but due to some issues they cancelled the order, I had paid for it through Paytm but till now I didn't get my refund. They even didn't pick up the phone. So, kindly please help me to get my refund back.
