Never be a part of their Jaal: The Trap. totally scam. i received the call regarding the same but i am already aware form these types of fraud already.

I bought the same product in Starring, I had to face the same problem but within a week, they have resolved all my issues, now I am using this product and it is beneficial to me

This online shopping site is dealing with fake promises. After doing payment them even they don't peak up calls.
My order number is 14002207 which I did on 13th Feb 2019. Which I got on 22nd Feb 2019. In which I got the other branded luggage in place of the brand at the time of dealing.
I went to Spencer's outlet on 24th Feb 2019 to shopping with discount card, but Spencer refused to give any discounts from this card.
At the time of dealing, I was told that if you do not like the deal then you can cancel your order within 15 days of receipt of the card and your full amount will be refunded.
But now neither the goods are being changed nor the order is being canceled.

Please suggest me what should i do

Hi, these guys are making fool to all their customers, I have visited reliance fresh to avails this discount, but they refuse to give me a 20 % discount on the bill amount. now I realize that their promises were fake, & they make me fool.

Different people different opinion I m satisfy this product why because I paid only 7999 Rs in that amount they have provided me lots of product which is very useful for me.

In fact, I have provided reference also for this product to my friends

This is fake and fraud company bhaiyo mai toh kehta hu sab mil kar inki company par case kar dete hai ye aise nahi manenge ye pta nahi hum jaise kitno ko cheat karte honge roz kisine aj tak in par case nahi iara isliye ye aisa kar rahe hai inko toh consumer court mein lekar chalo jab pta chalega ki fake promise karne ka kya result hota hai mere pass bhi saari recordings padi hai agr koi bhai interested ho in par case kar e ke liye mere sath toh please call me mai toh in par case karunga hi[protected]

It's not like that Mr. Goyal, I bought this product on 5-Dec-18, in the beginning, I have faced trouble for using the card but they guided me how I can avail the benefit through this card now I m using this product it's very useful for me because I bought many products through vouchers. In fact, their products are Good I don't think they can cheat for this product.

As per dealsway commitment they suppose to give me 7999/- rs. Products against payment made by me on[protected] of 7999/- rupees but they have sent me back dated manufacturing products on dated[protected] and products are not value worthy, see attached picture of shoe pasting is coming out and belts buckle is of local quality its strap is crushing inside the Wallet somthing is written, so i asked them to replace the products but they are not receiving my calls also.

Kindly assist me regarding dealsway replacement and auto emi convert for the amount 7999/ rs. Which I paid for purchasing products from them they are ignoring my requests my credit card bank has put 7999/- rs. Whole amount in statement but as per dealsway this amount should be converted into 12 months 666/- rs. Per month and whenever I called them about products replacement they are asking more time, as per your this mail you should escalate this issue with Dealsway from your end, please revert me as soon as possible otherwise i have to approach consumer court regarding this fraud commitment activity.

Dealsway products are still not replaced by them after so many calls they are still asking for more time and 7999/- rs. Which i paid through you they were failed to convert in emi's and they are asking me to make emi's from my end but if now I'll convert from my end my credit card bank will charge interest and GST, according to dealsway they suppose to do same from their end after their failure i am still ready to convert emi by myself but they are not providing me charges of converting emi 's of 7999/- rs. Which is 1183/-, on Friday dealsway customer care executive lady name Ranjana said that our account department only can give me 650/- rs. Refund because emi convert failure form our site but now she's not responding me properly and 650/- rs. Still not credited in my bank account,
Kindly take Strict action against dealsway this is my last request to you.

जैसा कि Deaslwayshop के Representatives और Customer care ने product offer करते समय कहा था वैसा कुछ भी नहीं हो रहा है।उन सभी का कहना था कि आप product खरीद लीजिये और आप 30 दिनों तक इसे कभी भी cancel कर दीजियेगा, आपका product वापस हो जायेगा और आपको आपका पूरा रुपया वापस हो जाएगा।
उन सभी का कहना था कि आपकी ये धनराशि 7999rs आपको EMI में देना होगा 666rs प्रति महीना जो कि आपके कार्ड के monthly statement में आएगा।
लेकिन ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं हो रहा है ।
Product order करने के दूसरे दिन, जब तक order packed नहीं हुआ था, तब हमने उनको कहा था कि हम order नहीं लेना चाहते, ऑर्डर cancel कीजिये, इसके लिए हमने उनको mail भी किया और calls भी। तब उनका कहना था कि अभी order cancel नहीँ हो सकता, आपका order received होने के बाद कैंसिल होगा, पहले आप order प्राप्त कीजियेगा फिर हमें कॉल कीजियेगा, cancel हो जाएगा।

लेकिन order प्राप्त करने के same day & same time से हम आप सभी को कॉल और msg कर रहे है, अब वो बोल रहे है कि इस product को cancel करने की facility ही नहीं है, ये cancel नहीं होगा।

7999rs को भी आपने EMI पर convert नहीं किया।
केवल ये लोग झूठ बोलकर गुमराह कर रहे है। लोगों को जाल में फसा रहे है।

उनके Customer Care का कहना है कि आप स्वयं इसे EMI में convert कर लीजिए, उसका चार्ज हम दे देंगें लेकिन अभी तक ऐसा कुछ नहीं हुआ है।
7999rs को EMI में बदलने के लिए
Interest Amount : 1120rs
Processing fee : 199rs
Total = 1319rs का चार्ज लग रहा है।

एक तो आपने जो कहा, वो कर नहीं रहै है और 1319rs का अतिरिक्त चार्ज हमें लगवा रहे है।

आपने हमें 2 night & 3 days, 4th or 5 star hotel में भारत मे कहीं भी रुकाने को भी कहा है, साथ मे 2000rs तक का food & Restaurant का bill आप देंगें, ऐसा आप सभी ने कहा है।

सामान जो भी इन्होंने भेजा है वो पुराना है, Expired हो चुका है। घड़ी और बेल्ट पर जंग लगी हुई है। जूता भी ऐसा है कि 10-15 days पहनने में ही फट जाएगा।
अगर पूरे सामान की सही कीमत का आंकलन किया जाए तो 2000रुपये से ज्यादा नहीं है।
