I got ur advertisement on facebook and ordered a combo pack of samsung 25000 power bank and 64 gb memory card and i received the parcel on 17th july 2017 aftr i opened up the parcel the cover is of samsung bt the power bank is a fake and a cheap power bank and the memory card is missing. Dn i tried 2 return the parcel bt no return option was there in the site i want my money refund plz help meh out i search for return policy but couldn't find out.. Help meh with the refund. The product which are seen in site is not delivered actually. The company delivered the some wrong product to me at very high cost

I ordered for samsung power bank 25000mah and headphone of Sony. I received the two products vide reference no.[protected]. The headphone i received is not a Sony product and samsung power bank is not working properly and not helpful. Therefore i am compel to return the two products and get the money back.
